A very disturbing number of Freepers are openly advocating, on Free Republic threads, for the defeat of Senator Pat Roberts and other good Conservative Republicans. Greg Orman, in Kansas, is a pro abortion, anti gun, tax and spend Liberal Democrat who has given tens of thousands of dollars to Obama and Pelosi and the Democrat Party and Harry Reid. I am called an "idiot" for supporting Roberts. However, I think that those on Free Republic who support Harry Reid and Greg Orman should be ZOTTED, kicked off the site. I have had enough of there hate filled, vindictive, misguided trash.
The temptation to resist Free Republic is futile, we see. So long, again, retread.
Hi, Humblegunner.
T’anks M’Lady, my pleasure.
I get the distinct feeling we will see Toasty again.
*Somewhere, someone shouted “That’s a suckers bet!”*
“And this is the tendency of all human governments. A departure from principle in one instance becomes a precedent for the second; that second for a third; and so on, till the bulk of society is reduced to be mere automatons of misery, to have no sensibilities left but for sinning and suffering.”
— Thomas Jefferson, Letter to Samuel Kercheval, Monticello, July 12, 1816
“In politics the middle way is none at all. “
— John Adams
“By perseverance and fortitude we have the prospect of a glorious issue; by cowardice and submission, the sad choice of a variety of evils....”
—Thomas Paine, The Crisis, December 23, 1776
We have a political class that has become unprincipled, and they have created a political process that is not of the people, by the people, or for the people. Now, you can try and fix the process without addressing the lack of principle, but, at best, all you’re likely to accomplish is to create a more efficient means of tyranny. No, get the principles right, quit compromising them, and then fixing the process will be easy.
LOL! Forever HILARIOUS! And it never gets old!
Btw, how old is it do you think?
Dang stalkers.
The butthurt form was born from timpad’s “Troll rating system” sometime around 2005/6 or so.
It was different then, not quite so glossy or well polished.
So, it’s kinda been around in one form or another.
Probably even prior to timpad’s rating system.
Come, sit by the nice warm glow of burning troll.
We have coffee.
It is harmless, honest.
Needs some sort of “lost in the woods” folklore woven around it.
“Captain Obvious!!!”
;-)
A fabulous form! And durable.
Thank you for the info! I love a belly laugh!
Now. Sadly. (sigh) Back to ImplosionUSA. (hic, cough)
You’re very welcome, my friend.
When possible, I've been processing and freezing choice Troll
flanks, chucks and backstraps. Not every time, but a few.
I hope to cut 'em up and serve 'em on skewers at the next shoot.
True story. With Sriracha.
I absolutely would not mind sitting around a nice, burning, glowing troll with you two for a long evening’s
chat in a scary forest full of weird noises and luminescent eyeballs staring at us the entire time... Sigh!
Well, that was a slow motion train wreck...

That sounds about right.
I saw a more generalized Internet one posted on FR way back when.
I liked it and I thought one that was tailored specifically for FR would be fun and useful (lotta Zots happening quickly back in them days), so I created that one.
I hate to admit it, but I always read through it just before I hit "post" cause it reminds me of many Zottees over the years (some of the categories were based on specific Zottees and their pre-Zot posturing) and gives me a chuckle every time.
Glad it makes for a good LOL, not many smiles for us Conservatives in these Obamastopia days.
