If it’s green it’s trouble, if it’s fried order double. That’s my motto.

Large meta-analysis finds no ham associated with eggs?

I always have ham with my eggs!

Eat dessert first - life is short and uncertain. BTW, it’s the time of the year when Chick A Filet has their wonderful peach shakes!!!

Reduced fat introduced increased carbohydrates in order to make food appealing. The pasta in “diet” dishes is horrible for me.

The science is settled. There can be no more debate. Restaurant menus offer some choices that are high in calories. We must act now before it is too late.

“Nothing personal, but anyone who posts anything from Center for Science in the Public Interest ought to be zotted so hard their great-great-grandkids will be afraid to use Leapfrog toys.”

There’s actually an interesting dynamic going on.

You are right about the leftist CSPI and their anti capitalist motivations masked as health concerns.

But then the Business Insider takes their list and turns it in to advertisements for the restaurants masked as an article about the CSPI report.

Everyone wins and loses equally.

**7. Sonic: Pineapple Upside Down Master Blast (2,020 calories)***

Last year,I ordered a large malt at Sonic. it came in a tall cup, but something was wrong. it was only cold near the bottom, and didn’t taste right.
I found I had a small amount of ice cream in the bottom, the rest was whipped topping. A big cup of whipped topping.

I’ve never ordered there again.

Then there was the McDonald’s malt I ordered. It was light when I picked it up, not very cold.

One taste and I realized I had a quickly made up cup of something with gritty sugar in it. I don’t believe there was any ice cream in it at all.

Be sure to get a cup of carmel sauce to dip the fries in. You’ll not regret it.
