Keto Diet Recipe - Quick & Easy Keto Bread | Keto Babe Rocks
YouTube ^ | Sep 20, 2015 | Keto Babe Rocks

Quick and easy keto bread diet recipe. This keto bread recipe will take approximately 30 minutes to make from start to finish. Have you ever looked at the list of ingredients on regular store-bought bread? There are at least 15 different fat-gaining ingredients in each loaf of bread including artificial preservatives and other chemicals. “Wonder Bread” has 21 ingredients. No “wonder” we are in the middle of an obesity epidemic! This keto bread recipe is super easy to make and contains only 4 ingredients. I’d rather make my own bread because that way I am 100% sure of what I’m putting into my body. After all, you are what you eat. Burn fat, not carbs, and lose weight fast.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EyBCLgnap78

This video is one in a series of videos and websites which are being posted on FreeRepublic in the coming days in regard to nutritional health. In the beginning these videos were being posted as a rebuttal to an article and comments in another posted article on FreeRepublic remarking on obesity. Due to the strong interest in obesity and nutritional health as it relates to Type II Diabetes, the videos relating to Type II diabetes and how to reverse the progression of the disease are being moved forward among the other video topics in this series. Expect to see a mixture of videos regarding the role of carbohydrates in the diet and their relationship to nutritional health topics ranging from metabolic syndrome and Diabetes to dementia, Parkinson's Disease, Altzheimer's Disease, and more. The effects of standard government sponsored diets, health association diets, and alternative diets upon everyday nutrition, sports nutrition, and diabetic nutrition will be mixed in with videos focused on the use of various low carbohydrate and high fat (LCHF) diets, such as the ketogenic diets as a treatment for Type II Diabetes.

Anyone who is interested in following this series of posts about nutritional health is invited to request a ping.

I’ve tried almond flour and coconut flour, I prefer the almond.

My wife and I have been eating a whole food plant based diet for 4 years now. She has been off her diabetes meds for 4 years and we are both doing very well. I haven’t needed to lose weight and I haven’t experienced any problems. John McDougall MD has it right, we are not vegans we are starchitarians

“John McDougall MD has it right, we are not vegans we are starchitarians”

I’ve been reviewing his presentations for some time now, and so far I have not seen him properly address the problem of neurological disorders which accumulate going into elderly ages due to insufficient supplies of saturated fats in the diet. Diets rich in saturated fats in the absence of abnormal levels of carbohydrates are known to protect against and sometimes even reverse neurological disorders such as epilepsy, ADD, autism, dementia, Altzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, memory loss, Multiple Sclerosis, and much more. The etiology of nutritional ketosis and how it treats these diseases is well identified and in some cases has been part of standard medical practices for more than one or more centuries. I’m not seeing a credible etiology in what John McDougall MD presents.

Diets high in fat greatly increase the fat in you body. To be in a state of ketosis is to be in a diseased state. It may cause you to lose weight but it is at the risk of clogged arteries and diabetes. Read Neal Barnard’s Reversing Diabetes. McDougall, Essylstein, Campbell, Ornish etc these men are all MDs. What are you?

“Diets high in fat greatly increase the fat in you body.”

That is a grotesquely false statement according to the physicians and the medical studies they have presented in this series of video presentations. On the contrary, they describe how eating a high fat diet in the absence of excessive carbohydrates removes fat from the body.

“To be in a state of ketosis is to be in a diseased state.”

That is yet another grotesquely false statement as evidenced in the presentations by the medical professionals, their recovered patients, and by members of FreeRepublic with years of experience to the contrary.

“It may cause you to lose weight but it is at the risk of clogged arteries and diabetes.”

Such another grotesquely false statement evidences that you either did not bother to study the videos, read their books, and/or are in denial about their information and methods. Try refuting all of the medical histories with evidence to the contrary, including the personal experiences of many people right here on FreeRepublic.

“Read Neal Barnard’s Reversing Diabetes. McDougall, Essylstein, Campbell, Ornish etc these men are all MDs. What are you?”

Been there, done that. One of the physicians who highly recommends a ketogenic diet as a treatment for obesity and diabetes is the same physician who brought Ornish to the Swedish Hospital in Seattle and subsequently dismissed his diet as not recommended, to put it more politely.

On the flip side, there have been studies that indicate that nicotine may slow Alzheimers/dementia.

There's probably a study out there to back up and refute 98% of all diet-related issues - the trick is figuring out which, if any, are correct or if they may not be across-the-bard correct, but be valid for specific physiologies.

I have always wondered about the negative association between Parkinsons and apparently other neurological diseases and smoking cigarettes. Maybe the diseases are caused by parasites that are killed by the nicotine at some point in life.

RM’s statement was probably one, if not the most, inane postings I have ever read on FR.

Read his tagline, it will explain why.

The only problem is cost. Almond flour runs around $10 a pound. Ouch!

Yeah, that Trader Vic in Hollywood $7.00+ per LB. grass fed ground beef wants an expensive burger bread to match....

While I believe SOME people can eat carbs...I starve when I eat them...and my body was heading to diabetes...on a Caveman type diet I am the healthiest ever...and I’m 64. And my cholesterol labs prove it (NOT TOTAL CHOLESTEROL. ..MY RATIOS). Also...my body fat level is lower than when I was 30 years old.
