When I finally get a chance to go fishing, I don’t catch anything. But I always run into someone that says: “Man, they were really hitting yesterday!”

Blessing: After years of muscle pain and feeling like garbage, I found out I can throw Statins down the crapper, eat fat, and have better blood sugar numbers. The Cholesterol myth is worse that the global warming scam. And it started the same way. A bogus chart with selected data point.

The problem with the high fat, low carb diet is that a small amount of food satisfies me so completely, I am not hungry again until the next day. I haven’t been able to enjoy that “so bloated I can’t move” coma for months. I am dropping so many inches I am going to have to spend money for more clothes or safety pins and belts.
Pastafarian?
A bar of shower soap would last a month now it disappears in sometimes less than a week.

Looked up Pastafarianism once. It’s more college humor than hardcore Richard Dawkins. Wearing a collander for the driver’s license photo, for example.
As a HFLCer, Pastafarianism is the Devil’s handiwork. My “communion” is Pork Rinds and Heavy Creme.
