It seems to be sporadic. I wanted to post a thread this morning, and gave up and went and did some errands. I was able to easily post the thread when I returned.
But for most of yesterday, FR was slower than Mitch McConnell advancing a conservative agenda.
Have problems on and off. As one FReeper put it “Slow Function Junction”. Some days it works, some days it’s like a Sid and Marty Krofft puppet..it barely moves!
I can just imagine what it is like for some of the very rural users on dial up. And there are more of these rural dial up conservatives than one would think.

Thanks very much for the advice.
Just went over to another browser, still had no luck.
When I came back a moment ago, FR loaded properly and even showed the helpful sidebar.
Love FR and appreciate all the helpful hints.
Thanks again.
Other web pages not associated with FR are also slow for me.
I’m finding it Fabulous!
Are You log in?
What did you write?

We have to be the last site left on the planet that doesn't have ads. Why not I ask, are we not Capitalists? Daily Kos (shudder) has ads. If this site loaded faster than ad filled sites, FR might have a case for relying solely on donations. Look at how fast Instapundit loads, for instance.
I find myself on the FR facebook page more than I do here.
It is not a herd of turtles. Nor is it a gaggle or a brace.
A group of turtles is a bale, nest, turn, or dole.
Let me also say that it took just over 2 minutes for the above post to go through.
Could be your ISP.
Early bird Finally apologise ,180 posts into it..
