LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A protester who participated in hanging an effigy of Kentucky's governor at an armed rally on the State Capitol grounds has been fired from his job at an auto dealer.

Neil Huffman Auto Group said it terminated the unidentified employee after an internal review, saying it “does not condone threats of violence in any form."

Would never buy a car from that dealer...

Would rather see actual lynchings of these communist commissars... You don't get rid of cockroaches by simply relocating them...

“So on what grounds will he sue for his job back?”

I dunno... maybe for him being persecuted for expressing his First Amendment rights? He wasn’t on the job when he did the effigy; not his company’s business.

It’s like the Constitution became null and void February 2020.

The Constitution places restrictions on the government, not your employer.

The First Amendment protects you from the government, not you from your employer.

He wasn’t on the job when he did the effigy; not his company’s business.

Doesn't matter. There have been innumerable cases where people have been fired by their employer for things they did on their own time.

It’s like the Constitution became null and void February 2020.

Nonsense.
