Don't have them all written down yet.
But the chick in the Turkish wizard of Oz was kinda interesting, the one they had as Dorothy. In the one film still it looked like she was being seduced by the midgets...

I was just looking at your pic in post 66. I that picture taken from you house?

Sunset here is 4:43 pm. We have a heavy snow line at 5000 ft and up with the storm here. It will fade from foggy grey to wet & icy and black from 5:00 to 5:30.

Cheers.

Yes.. it is looking across the street to the east. It was probably taken around 7:30 this morning.

The sun is just setting here now.. We are a little further west, so we gain about an hour from the east coast, as we are on the west coast of Fl..

TheList is Mrs.L's wishes for the day...it can vary widely in the duties, functions, and/or shopping that is to be accomplished to keep harmony in the family.

Since she's still working full time - it's not a problem, and she does not over-do it. ;-)

Now, now.. there isn't anything he can't do mechanically or electrically or even plumbing or carpentry, and I could go on and on.. like denuding a whole forest with his chain saw.....

Sooo he can't spin a salad.. or read the numbers right on a Micro-wave. Or remember he hasn't checked the Drunkin Chickens in the last fifteen minutes. He's sooooo clever in sooooo many other ways...;)

No one wants him in the kitchen anyway... ;(

Good morning...how were your steaks last night? ;-)

After reading the news, I am genuinely politically depressed today. :-(

Morning Kath.. They were fantastic.. Nice and tender and full of flavor. I still like steak cooked in the frying pan..and with the new glass top stoves, I don't mind cleaning up either. Such a deal..

The news is nasty. I love the way the Muslims are calling for Lott to step down. Isn't that a pissa? First time I heard them say a word since 9/11. Seems like they do have a voice when they want one, eh? Grrrrrrrrrrr....

I just came back on, so I'm sure there's more news to catch up with.. urgh..

It's not pretty out there today. There is no excuse for Trent Lott's incredibly idiotic statement that started this whole mess. TL could cut off both ears on BET in an act of contrition, and it wouldn't matter at this point. The damage is done.

If the RATS, as the minority party, are allowed to call the shots regarding what should be done about this situation, it will set a terrible precedent. The Republicans should fight back and not bend over.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh, I'm so disgusted that I think I have to give up reading it for awhile.. I cannot believe that the Rep. party can allow anything like this to happen. It is spinning so far out of control, I don't know who or what can stop it now.

When are we ever going to get sick of bending over? Are we ever going to fight this PC crap, and get smart? I'm so sick of it! A bunch of socialists trying to take over this country and all we do is take it..and bend over and let them have their way..

I'm afraid of living to see the day when my grandkids will live in a different country, and it's coming if we don't smarten up.. Grrrr.. I need Maalox..
