Second, I object to the implication (later in the article) that there is some contradiction between anti-Semitism and hatred of America. The two things go together very well.
I'm with you on your second objection entirely (I am not the author of this piece).
On the first objection, I think the deal is this: very few people actually wake up in the morning, twirl their moustache and think, "how can I do evil today?"
