For the most part, people either don’t care, won’t believe it no matter what evidence you provide, or both. Folks are genuinely unconcerned about having a probably unConstitutional President.

That page is terribly organized, its just hard to read. Haven’t any of these people heard of outlines? They’re a really good way of organizing information in a clear, orderly manner...

One of my Doctors, a black female, asked me if I had heard about this and what I thought. She’s an 0bama voter, but now she is genuinely asking the question...is he or isn’t he?

The more 0bama and his staff ignores, obfuscates, deflects, and outright lies about this, the more attention it draws.

.just fax and tell them to read

There is a lot of good information in the linked piece, but it contains too many unsourced assertions, the formatting is beyond sloppy, and it is too long to hold the interest of most readers.

This FR thread provides a much better introduction to Certifigate:

Funny Google hasn’t censored this site. I’m sure they will when hearing of it. Be sure to back up your info.

I’m going to read through it now.

Very well done. You really did your homework.

I’m wondering if SCOTUS shouldn’t have a link to this site. The Electoral College sure should before they vote Dec. 15.

The only change i’d make is creating a question navigation menu at the top. Create anchors to the anwers and then have a “top” link after each answer to get the nav menu back.

Great job!

Great job!

The article in the FR thread that I linked was created by someone named Robert Reece. It is not my work, nor is the website linked at the top of this thread.

While I don't feel comfortable belonging to the "troofers" on this subject, at this point I don't see any other choice. To me, the key points in the Reece article are these:

...even today’s Hawaiian state law provides for the issuance of “birth certificates” if the child is born out of state, and potentially out of the US, as long as the legal parents can show Hawaii as their legal residence.

...A very important point to note is that a “Certification of Live Birth” is an abbreviated version of the birth record on file with the Hawaiian Department of Health. The root document(s), could be: a) a true “Certificate of Live Birth”; b) a “Late Birth Certificate” with or without modifications; or c) a “Certificate of Hawaiian Birth.”

...However, despite this written notice on the form, some Hawaii state agencies do not accept the “Certification of Live Birth” as irrefutable verification of Hawaiian birth. There have been numerous cases when the Hawaii Family Court System required more detailed data for paternity suits.

And, to quote from the sites.google.com piece linked at the top of this thread, that describes the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 in effect when Obama's mother gave birth at age 18:

In the case of a child born to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent, the U.S. citizen parent now had only to be physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions prior to the child's birth for 10 years, at least 5 of which were after the age of 14.

None of the information in those four paragraphs has been mentioned in the MSM coverage of this issue that I have seen. Maybe one or more of the paragraphs is false, I don't know. Until I read an authoritative source that contradicts those four paragraphs, I will continue to assume that they are true. If they are true, then the issue is legitimate, and those who pursue the issue in the courts and on the Internet do not deserve to be called "Troofers."

Is Obama really expecting to get away with pretending that a short form Certification of Live Birth, which even if legitimate is inadequate documentation for paternity suits, should somehow be adequate documentation for him to assume the Presidency? That is beyond ridiculous. It is like handing a photocopy of your expired, out-of-state driver's license to a cop who pulls you over, and expecting him to say "This looks good to me!"

Unlike many other FReepers, I don't take satisfaction in this scandal, if it is a scandal. Obama won the election. I would much rather have him as President than the idiot Biden. Certifigate is an embarrassment, but Obama will not make it go away by ignoring it.

I agree, and Obama did win, but by shady means no doubt.

He isn’t even being audited for all his illegal foreign contributions.

The MSM hasn’t reported those points because their bosses at the top are all in the tank for Obama. I’m sure everyone else down the chain of command get memos as what not to discuss.

There is no more free press in America, other than “Blogsphere” and you can bet an Obama administration will try to gain some control over that as well.

Google wants the government to regulate ISPs .. the government would have some control over your Internet connection .. talk about Socialist/Marxist.

We can’t have that. The forefathers broke away from such a system. Now, we’re reverting back to it.

Everything must be done to uphold the Constitution. It is the people’s voice against a large and would-be oppresive government.

Obama has had allot - ALLOT of help covering his tracks. If he goes down, so will many that helped him and they know this, so they’ll do anything make sure nothing sticks.

I’m sure everyone else down the chain of command get memos as what not to discuss.

Once you establish groupthink, you don't need memos. I doubt there is any informed discussion of Certifigate by MSMers. They know to avoid the subject.

It is sad that Michelle Malkin, David Horowitz, and Charles Johnson of Little Green Footballs have been sucked into the groupthink too.

And soon, jetxnet and TChad will stumble through town with glazed eyes, repeating "I have seen the light! The Obamessiah was born in Hawaii!" to perfect strangers.

Resistance is futile. We will be assimilated.

That could be ..

I’m starting to get the bigger picture here in that there are likely “Political Power Brokers” on both sides of the political divide who are colluding and calling the shots from the top down. The Corporate owned media are also “in bed” with said power brokers, recruited elected officials etc.

The goal is the North American Union by 2010, thus selling out America as we know it.

Obama is their pick. They believe because of his name and the color of his skin, he will be able to draw Africa and the Middle East under the Western elitist rule. They feel this is imperative as both the ME and Africa were engaging China moreso than the West.

Furthermore, Africa and the ME combined account for 2/3 of the world’s energy resources.

The quest for a Middle Eastern and African Union is at the top of the list, and they believe Obama is the best choice to make that happen.

It’s why their not talking about the COLB.

Lol, funny you should mention that.

I got allot of that fantasy from the founder of the Council of Foreign Relations and a foreign policy advisor to Obama - Zbigniew Brzezinski.

In his book, The Grand Chessboard, Zbigniew states that is imperative to get control of the Middle East and Africa.

What better way to do that then having them identify with a Black person and a Muslim name as POTUS?

You could be right.....

The world is a giant chess-board.

The thing that always amazes me...is the left says...."our" wars are all about "OIL"...but if "we" wanted to take the "oil" "we" could have done it many times over......

Of course resources are in play...world-wide. The powers that be....know it. And are doing what they do.........
