Thanks unspun!! I had Plains Radio on last night, but missed most of it! I can listen to the archives today and follow along with the encapsulation that you posted.
What fantastic radio-
I turned it on when The One and Only LD came in. His exchanges with the lawyer plaintiff in the State of Wash case were something to behold, and Hale so commented afterwards. LD was lamenting so week of T’giving I recall that this particular case was somewhat proximate to his and CW’s I believe in that proper history w/ start at SoS and end at state Supremes was there, but at the time the lawyer plaintiff had decided to rather assist others. Pls correct me if I’m wrong but this course has been reversed to LD’s delight. I’m scrambling to get names straight but I’ve got things 2 do & files and bookmarks are pouring out of CPU folders, not to mention this adled head of mine. I’m refreshing every 15 mins freedomarch page / pages through this and no repro of 90 minute NPC presntation from yesterday yet. Can’t wait to see / hear it.

I’ve tried doing this w/ previous shows and almost went crackers in a vortex there, and offer this as an explantion. I do still think they mislabelled as 11/24 as “Leo Special”) the 11/25 show Tues, when Leo specifically said “this morning” they originally (finally) docketed Wornowski case (to Ginsburg)...and the Thansgiving show I’m sure had been called 11/26 instead of 11/27 on pr. I’m sure errors existed on both the plainsradio and freedommarch archives, no great slight to them given the suddenly Promethean tasks thrust upon them. This is finally a request that an unspun clone get summarizations done at some point at least, maybe even going to studio.
Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. Interview 11-25-08 is listed on fredommarch and I can’t start it now to make sure. Maybe MSM & newly interested parties are now overloading. Plainsradio apparently has jogged its archives (note there is mis-spell of “Friday’s”) and freedommarch has dropped the shows before Thankgsgiving, I assume for bandwidth. I did pester Mr. Hale a couple times about his statement in the 11/21 show (which came as a surprise as LD had said at the time the 11/19 show would be his last) that he would not release tapes to Fox news as they requested as they had so snubbed earlier pr pleas for Fox to cover the subject. I still hope there is chance by someone, somewhere (Fox News, now we have maybe some “traction”) to transcribe (now perchance the heavies are beginning to follow). Of course I have no idea if these are conscious decisions by parties hosting and participating in interviews to do what has been done to date. Call me a horse’s ass if you like.
This should be cleared up by someone who’s got time and wherewithal. Not a big thing now, but with machinations then nearly resulting in CW’s case not being inexorably linked to LD’s, it was then....as I for one thought I was missing shows between because they were getting so labelled right there during that week and...drat, just trying to explain why I was only doing a quarter the job unspun has here. Hell, even if I was totally on beam, I couldn’t summarize half as well as unspun has here. u is one cool customer!
It all gets to be too much for me and I can only try to express my most sincere gratitude for unspun’s effort here.

Dang- I’ve done half the same mistake! I came into tonight’s (Dec 9) program late here and wasn’t listening as I believe Bob Shultz of wethepeoplefoundation.org was introduced by Joe Thunder and I swear he said the 90 minute vid of yesterday’s National Press Club presentation was on this site “first”, and I can’t see it. Nor on Thunder’s freedommarch.org. Thunder said something muted when Shultz made the mention but I missed it. It’ll be around.
Just can’t multitask like I used to. Was very anxious about PC going bad this AM there and now its back from quick repair (overheating hd in a shuttle drive-these can’t dissapate heat thru frame- causing sensor tripped shut-downs, but it took TWO days to re-start when it should have been two hours). Hope you understand there unspun.
Uncie will be FAR more careful from here on in. Shoot, I was so anxious driving it back here I took TWO turns right in the center of town here without signaling with a cop on my tail and got pulled over. First time in years, as you might well know. Well he was good enough not to give me a ticket. Now don’t be mentioning that at holiday gatherings!
I’m disappointed with what’s come from Joe Thunder. I was expecting the whole thing to be on videotape, too. Waiting to see what he has.

Tape Status
Am moving fast. No time for an audio entry. Our radio reach will soon be HUGE. Had a meet this morning with some movers and shakers in DC. We’re gaining big-time traction. Will report as I’m able to release more info.
Press Conference tapes have a tech hiccup. (Mine do.) I flew out of the press conference to Fed Ex the tapes for processing and production by Overnight AM. (Lan has a giant video processing facility.) The DVDs needed to be “finalized,” and only the camera can do it. Blame operator error. So a slight delay in my personal vids.
The official professional vids recorded by the NPC should come online today. Am working on it.
Must catch a flight. It’s been the most productive 3 days in my life. Will have shows about it. Thanks to everyone for their support. FM.org shall become highly-capable and influential. Listen to last night’s radio show here. (Click Tues)

Let Uncle BonRad concur here that tech difficulties can cause discombobulating, such I missed seeing Pidgeon’s name even in title of thread. I’ve tried to explain to young unspun here (well and uncle can conceivably be older than nephie here but it just can’t be the case here) that I was going my particular style of lil’ boffo 24+ hrs ago. “My guys” in next state (2 hr drive away- drive in sleet) ID’d the problem finally yesterday afternoon it seems: shuttle drive was overheating. Still hardly explains I couldn’t re-start for days. This little feature thus had previous diagnostician thinking it was a power supply / house current problem. I thought it had to be fairly new motherboard. Story goes on but its all resulted in me going between two un-networked PC’s for weeks and transferring files and favorites/bookmarks via memory stick and you can only imagine my frustration, especially amid the explosion of sources coming over the internet etc. Heck I still haven’t gotten full reading of the U Mich Law Review articles of the very post I made on the weekend.

This frustration was manifest in my missing the WA plaintiff/lawyer’s name. It also resulted in me getting pulled over just coming back into hometown here. I think I got out of ticket because not only one, but three PC’s were sitting in the back of the station wagon clear for young cop to see.
If someone doesn’t have similar stories, that someone is BOTH very fortunate AND a tech genius, or is being divinely protected…...probably all three.
I was trying to make the point (too) the exchange between Donofrio and Pidgeon toward the end of the Dec 8 plains radio show was especially noteworthy. I’m sure this was the case Donofrio had previously said was with standing but was being dropped by the author. The whole show could have been chock full of nuggets, but I didn’t see emphasis of the exchange in unpun’s description. It didn’t occur to me that Pidgeon could have been on the entire show as I scrolled up from the end of unspun’s summary and I just didn’t scrutinize upper parts.
It was 11/21 (again a surprise his coming in as on 11/19 he said he was ceasing w/ interviews there) when Donofrio went off on Lan Lamphere’s show about the latter’s putting a bigtime anti-Bam Bam graphic next too LD’s name on the Overnight AM website. Its human nature to pick a horse in any race, just hoping not prematurely in this whirlwind. No telling how your jockey’s going to show up, either. Not to bring up old dirty laundry, but nearly everyone involved has been irritated or worse in co-relations during this most difficult time. Gary Kreep and Donofrio really got into it, didn’t they? There are fundamental differences in approach. Almost all are prone to blowing a gasket, throwing a rod, whatever. Coming in with ostensibly fresh eyes, one can see certainly contentions between parties being dusted up. And, like, how can newest prarieradio host Bob Vernon have a head of an org promoting atheism as main guest on? Things can get very deflating.
Its admirable any with sharp standing differences are willing to put them aside such (if this is the case) Lamphere to assisting Thunder here. There are many opportunities to display resentment. No doubt many are disgusted with Berg as Lamphere is, yet willing to bury differences to get out basic message of the Obama ineligibility. That Berg is to be on this vid hasn’t deterred Lamphere in assisting, to his credit.
I look at it as trying to get “hydraulic pressure”, a wall of general dissent formed to foist the Obama battleship, or as Thunder might say, to turn around the big battleship defying physics itself. Thunder has said in the last couple days he thinks “Obama will be president” as such a “battleship takes too long to turn”. I like the attitude of the Illuminatti TV people who’ve in effect promoted Berg, Martin AND Donofrio. They are willing to be embarrassed but the issue is too important to worry about licking one’s wounds. Its not throwing any and everything against the wall. Its simply not vetting everything posed as fact being said by everyone whose been sufficiently vetted. Its basic reportage. One has to go with what’s apparently plausible at certain points and forget the author’s prior faults. The player has asserted certain points that should be made known. Let them be known. There is unfortunately not enough time to use academic methods.
The strength and pace of the whirlwind campaign of the opposition has dictated. Obama really came out of nowhere, has blindsided all but the very most nimble, who’d be few, who should get a gold star on the head. The whole gamut of eligibility issues is too new and untested, even for those who followed right through the 1990’s via watching the Clinton’s Pacific Rim ties and the commie-front connections of so many in Chicago. To ply through this as a surgeon is impossible to my mind.
If all major plaintiffs consent to sit at a table, who am I to speak to all their prior differences? As in any war, there will be factions on the same side. Coalitions form by default, can be accidental. Once the war is won, any surviving differences can be addressed in better light. The goal is the same. The character of the means isn’t so poor as to preclude an ethical victory. I hope to high Heaven Thunder is wrong, that the Obama battleship will be turned before long.

Joe Thunder seems to be a good guy but he can be a bit of a blowhard when he speaks. It is like “get to the point joe.” The fact he is a friends with Lan Lanphere is not a good thing. Lan screwed over Berg and Leo and Lan is a jerk.

I've generally found perfectionists to be a bane to my existence, and I think to society in general. We Catholics call it scrupulosity. What good is it to be 110% right all the time in your monastic cell and be unable to display a darn thing in public, turn white and go around the corner when someone at your side stammers and on top of it think one's party to the error for having passed this far with the violator. Reminds me of germophobia.
You fight wars you gotta suck it up. The political milieu accepts error. Nobody's dead yet. Just look what it let through over there...what they hold as passable every day. Liberals know they are wrong even as they laugh at our (almost always relatively minor) errors. What righties have to watch out for is posers, charlatans.
I don't think any of the major personalities have risen to utter “charlatan” status. They've all made firm enough contributions. I think their intent is good (enough) that they can be humbled (enough) when shown the error of their ways. Enough? (Enough)
