Latreasa Goodman of Fort Pierce, Florida called the 911 emergency number when a local McDonalds restaurant was unable to fill her order for McNuggets because they had run out.
Them refusing to give me my nuggets isnt the change I voted for last November, Goodman complained. Its racist. Obamas the president now. I have rights that whitey cant deny me. The police are supposed to enforce my rights.
Goodman ended up disappointed when police responding to her call not only didnt force the restaurant to give her the McNuggets, but, instead, cited her for abusing the 911 phone line.
A McDonalds spokesman apologized for the out-of-stock situation and offered Goodman a coupon for a free meal for the inconvenience.

I saw this wretch interviewd on tv. She’s contemplating a lawsuit against McDonald’s.
If I was deciding that case, I'd award her a Happy Meal.
Ok, so you go into Best Buy and buy a $500 digital camera.
After they ring you up, they realize that they don’t have the camera in stock that you picked out.
No problem, you say, I’ll take the $300 digital camera and $200 cash back.
No can do, the manager tells you, we don’t refund money. You need to pick out an additional $200 worth of merchandise.
You say, fine, I don’t want anything here today, just give me my $500 back.
Sorry, says the manager, we don’t give money back once it’s in the register.
Now, do you call the police?
If so, you are called names like “wretch” for mis-using 911.
This has been posted a number of times since last week sometime.
Them refusing to give me my nuggets isnt the change I voted for last November,
Damn...
This woman is in for a suicidal letdown when she realizes that when Obama said “PIE!!!”, he meant sh*t sandwich!!
She is a wretch and she's looking to get rich over a minor incident. I just hope there is no one as ignorant as you on her jury.
this IS satire...right?
Brutal.
As a FRper last week asked:
“What part of the chicken is it’s Mcnuggets?” ;)
Read it again.
$1.99 for Chicken McNuggets? Been a while since at you’ve been at McDonalds huh?
What if the $3.19 was all she had for lunch?
Sure she called 911 three different times, but how many people know the non-911 number for the police?
Could the 911 operater given her the non-emergancy number number the first time? Sure, but she didn’t.
She was being robbed. Actively. She had every right to seek remedy.
But instead she is mocked and criticized for trying to stand up for her legal rights.
Oh well. It’s just another person and their rights, why let that get in the way of a good insult and trash session?
It is entirely possible the 9-1-1 center was, at the time, dispatching rescue units to multiple life-threatening accidents or fires, but, even so, given the “emergency” nature of the poor woman’s lunch complaint, the dispatcher should have spent more time on the phone with her./s
Considering the 911 operator kept asking her questions, I doubt it. What the 911 operator should of done is say “Ma’am, this does not sound like an emergancy. I will connect you with your local police station.” or “Ma’am, here is the non-emergancy number for the local police.”
Do you know the non-emergancy number for your local police?
