I watched the episode in question, and it was on the mark as usual. The ending sequence, Stan’s usage of his unlimited CC to pay off everyone’s debt, and the comments from his mother, pretty much says it all. The digs at the Government and Obiwan were also hilarious.

I think the writers were trying to find the most worthless, expensive piece of crap a consumer could waste their money on-and that’s how they ended up with a Margaritaville margarita maker. It’s a symbolic piece of American junk.
