Virginia argues that they don't need to send out military absentee ballots in time to vote

The State of Virginia has argued in a federal court filing that they can legally send out absentee ballots to active duty soldiers the day before an election. Restated again, the Democratic Chairwoman of the Virginia State Board of Election (appointed by the Democratic National Committee Chair Tim Kaine, in his capacity as Virginia Governor) Jean Cunningham just claimed a legal basis for massively raising the barrier to voting for soldiers at war.

It is so wrong! Understandable but that is when the voting officers should make sure people get their ballots.

You guys should always have your ballots first and they need to be counted with no excuses.

I just finished listening to an expose on ACORN. Their original intent was to overwhelm the system so that the US would guarentee a minimum income. Their charter talks about sharing wealth. Obama was their lawyer and on board with their agenda.

These same people disenfranchise the rest of the population through voter fraud.

These same people work to deny our service men and women the right to THEIR vote.

I have never believed that in a fair election this country would have elected a radical corrupt socialist.

We have to be more like them and become MORE proactive in taking the country back.

What this really says is that there are no more free elections here.

Can’t bring ‘em home now, can they? Dems want power, even if every last man dies.

The less restricted states and corrupt voting practices can be used against them. Same day or motor voter registration or no ID can work both ways.

They know that they are going to be out on their ear come January. Tim Kaine went all in on Obama, lots of voting issues in 2008. This and the student voting non-residents were big issues. This one also help lose Virgil Goode’s House seat due to UVA students and lack of military votes.

This kind of crap has been going on for a long time. I had problems getting a state absentee ballot when I was overseas in 1996. Neither Democrat nor Republican presidents or majorities have bothered to fix it. From Robert Novak:

Chu was appointed by Dubya, and he slow-leaked it. If politicians on either side of the aisle wanted this fixed, it would have been fixed long ago. It's pure bull****. There's no excuse for it.

I vote absentee in Michigan. My 2008 Presedential ballot was the first that did not show. I filed a provisional, but I doubt my real vote was counted.
