OUR WORST NIGHTMARE CONFIRMED: Obama’s COLB Lacks Legal Veracity. What Now?
On July 27, 2009, Obama was not verified as ‘Constitutionally Qualified to be U.S. President’ by the standards of Hawaii’s Department of Health and Vital Statistics Registrar. Any assertions by Nancy Pelosi or anyone else must be reexamined under the following LIGHT: THE KEY: ‘FILED by Local Registrar’ vs. ‘ACCEPTED by State Registrar’
We have two statements about two sets of vital records belonging to the President issued from Hawaii. An “original birth certificate” that is “on record in accordance to state policies and procedures” in October, 2008, AND “original vital records” that are “maintained on file,” on July 27, 2009.
1.) Dr. Fukino, Director of the Department of Health on Oct. 31, 2008:
“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”
2.) Dr. Fukino, Director of the Department of Health on July 27, 2009:
“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai‘i State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai‘i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”
• We also have a COLB presented by President Obama that indicates the information shown has been ‘Filed by Registrar.’ Fig.1 (see below) • However, we also have samples found online of HAWAII COLBs that say they have been ‘Accepted by State Registrar.’ Fig 2 & Fig 3 (see below) MOVING ON WITHOUT HAWAII’S HELP
Hawaii refuses to answer simple procedural questions. Using Nevada’s guidelines on vital statistics, we can reasonably discern the validity of President Obama’s COLB online and the “vital records” used to help verify his is a “natural-born citizen” and “born in Hawaii.” (http://www.leg.state.nv.us/nrs/NRS-440.html)
In viewing the U.S. Vital Statistics System found here: http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/misc/usvss.pdf (pp.62-63), we can see that there began a distinct effort to establish uniform practices of recording Vital Statistic information in all states....

What one person is able to get out of Hawaii, OTHERS have to verify it by requesting the same thing.

Your explanation of the process (filing/recording/received/accepted) explains why his (supposed) father’s race is listed as “African.”
The moron (Obama) filled out the form (application) and put “African” in the race box. He’s a PC Marxist, he’s not going to put “Negro.” I actually don’t think he was even bright enough to know the “African” is not a race.

I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”
Instead Fukino says: “I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai‘i State Department of Health “VERIFYING” Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai‘i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”
This is like the “I did not have sex with that woman...Miss Lewinski” statement.
Words and phrases that fool the public and keep them from getting caught in a uncomfortable situation down the line.
Bottom line is that Fukino used a phrase that sounded to the public that she gave personal verification of Obama’s hawaiin born authenticity. When in fact she was only verifying authenticity of registered documents on file that make claim to Obama’s Hawaiin birth but have not yet been proven or legitimized.
What a spiderweb. No wonder Hilary gave up on this issue.

Congrats on the sleuthing but;
We can’t forget that this president is the first affirmative action president and they can’t let him fail. He can’t be held to the same standards as everybody else. I just watched the Wade Rathke story on Fox and his explanation about how Acorn dealt with his brother stealing a million dollars. These people have NO moral character, they believe that there is no such thing as “sin” or moral depravity. Lying, cheating, stealing should be “dealt with internally”. There is nothing wrong with lying, cheating, stealing if you achieve the desired results (Marxists in power).
If Obama is proven without a doubt that he attained the presidency illegally it won’t matter one whit to them. In fact, most of them probably know about the BC problem. Two of the three branches of government are controlled by Marxists and SCOTUS is almost there. Who do you think will address this? The POTUS already has the power to declare martial law (thanks Bush) at any time!

If I understand what you are saying Obama’s COLB that is filed and not recorded is more flimsy and meaningless than even what we have learned about Hawaii COLBs.
But it also means a massive attempt to pull the wool over the eyes of the American people.
I need to read your blog again. Hopefully Judge Carter can absorb this info before the court hearing.

Unless the “vital records” in question themselves use the phrase “natural born citizen”, then the use of those constitutionally specified words is a conclusion, based on information apparently presented on the documents. A document can only state the specific words it contains - no more, no less. It is the summary of Dr. Fukino’s position “is a natural born citizen” that goes beyond stating facts - running headlong into drawing “legal” conclusions.
BTW - I seriously doubt the “vital records” use the phrase “natural born citizen”. That would be wholly unnatural language, at least to my non-lawyer’s eyes.

You're right, it must be a conclusion. I can't imagine how "plain vanilla" vital records on file in any U.S. county/state would contain that Constitutionally-specific phrase.
It could be that someone told Fukino what the criteria were for determining that, and told her what conclusions to draw from looking at the records. The options are that criteria were for Article II NBC status (born of two American citizen parents on American soil), or they were for birth on American soil alone to one American parent (Fukino's interpretation of "natural born") or something else.
How many "man in the street" interviews would yield a coherent understanding of what NBC status is?

I will quote Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution to you:
"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
Q: Based on the above, what would you define as a natural born citizen of the United States?
A: Born here?

It seems that the state of Hawaii stands to benefit in myriad ways with Uhbama as president and so an argument could be made that without full disclosure their certification in itself is suspect ... keep after them! :-)
