Ok, so Barak Hussein Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro, is not a natural born U.S. citizen, so what?

Posted on 03/28/2010 3:11:41 AM PDT by TexasPatriot8

Ok, basically, unable to sleep and this has been rolling around my head for days, and I'm increasingly annoyed by conservatives, and as pissed at liberals as I can ever recall being. If this below is true, then what? If it's bogus, I can't find it on Snopes or Truth or Fiction. If this is on those sites as bogus for God's sake someone please post where, cause the b*****d is still President, so if it's true, hmph. Maybe someone else can find it. But first things first, IF this below is true, then...???

Lolo Soetoro, Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro, baby Maya Soetoro, and 9 year old Barry Soetoro. This registration document, made available on Jan. 24, 2007, by the Fransiskus Assisi school in Jakarta, Indonesia, shows the registration of Barack Obama under the name Barry Soetoro made by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro.

Name: Barry Soetoro Religion: Islam Nationality: Indonesian

How did this little INDONESIAN Muslim child - Barry Soetoro, (A.K.A. Barack Obama) get around the issue of nationality to become President of the United States of America?

PART 2: In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College. The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia while an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking - that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States - necessary to be President of these United States. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya, here we see that there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship. Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.

If I was in your shoes, I'd get as straight with Jesus Christ as I could. I'd try to show those youngsters every day what it means to have a "personal" relationship with one's saviour. But I don't have such a blessed gift as "children; I have no insight in that regard. I'm unclear why you refer to me as "Prof". I haven't a clue whether I know you, or not. Nevertheless, it sounds as if you're struggling. I will pray for you. I said prof because I thought you were patronizing me. Obviously you weren't. And boy I tell you what, the paragraph above that you said that I pasted, absolutely right. Everything is a lot different with kids. Any waves I could make, try to make, and would fail, would come crashing down on them, because liberals destroy people who make waves and they take glee in destroying the kids of those who make waves. If I had no kids, I'd just be p.o.'d. But because of my kids. I am terrified to the extreme knowing they will be living here long after I'm gone. It really scares me, and the worse and worse it gets the more and more I lean on my Christian faith. You couldn't be more right. The only worldly thing there is to be grateful for is that I live in Texas. Because whatever bad happens, it will impact Texas lesser so than the other states since most people in Texas are conservative, among the people and the government, moreso really the more radical the democrats get. The sad irony is, all my life anytime something annoying would happen nationally, people in Texas would joke "well, time for Texas to secede", TOTALLY joking as any real Texan is an American as much as a Texan. But the past couple years, since Obama, and now with commiecare, and his judges, and the debt, and taxes, and looming things on the horizon he's trying to do. Well. It's no joke anymore. I hear people talk about Texas seceding now, and there's no smile and no laughter. They're really fed up and sick of it. And frankly, if it came up to a vote of the people of Texas, God help me I don't know what I'd do. There's part of me that thinks maybe, just MAYBE, if the people of Texas voted to secede because obama has so clearly violated the Constitution of the United States, and the Texas Senate voted in kind, MAYBE that would get the American peopel's attention for real and they'd rise up and get rid of Obama. God help Obama if he used the military to try and stop the secession since Texas joined the U.S. ONLY with the provision that if the majority of the people voted to secede ever, it had to be respected by the U.S., since Texas was an independent Republic and it's sovereignty would be respected if sought again. I just don't know. I just know that a lot of people aren't joking about it anymore, and after two years of total rule in Washington D.C. by Democrats, demonstrating a total disregard for the U.S. Constitition, a lot of people here aren't seeing a reason to stay in the U.S. if the Constitution isn't going to be obeyed and upheld. And I'm having a harder and harder time disagreeing with them. And that scares me too. Maybe it would force the other 49 states to act FINALLY in the best interest of the country, while there is still a country to act in the best interest of. And when the Constitution is a document of LAWS and not SUGGESTIONS, Texas would be very happy to come back. I just don't know. I only know that given the spirit in D.C. right now, people in Texas screaming for secession are seeming a LOT less radical to me than they would have seemed 10 years ago. Or even two. And D.C. and what is seen and hear from there is all a LOT MORE radical sounding than calls for Texas secession. It's insane because I can't IMAGINE leavin the U.S., and at the same time, if things continue their current course, and the democrats maintain control of Congress, it's about to the point I can't imagine STAYING in the U.S.. :(

The Scriptures say there WILL BE a one world government.

I always thought The USA would be the stalemate for that ever happening, because as I understand scripture .. the people of the planet WANT anti-Christ.

We in America ask, "You WHAT ?" .. primarilly because we DO have a Christian backgtound .... or at least we DID.

So, for me ... it is good to remember that prophecy says it will all come to pass and that there apparently isn't much we can do about it, except 2 Chron 7:14.

Now, that's not to say I can stop harboring thoughts of insurrection against the magistrate that is no longer for good, per Romans 13.

1234, so it’s all bogus? If it’s bogus how does it keep coming up so firmly so much the past 2 years? That’s the thing that keeps bothering me. It’s NOT HARD to show you were born in the U.S. and obama’s people have never been able to do that. Why aren’t copies of his certified official birth certificate from Hawaii being dropped by plane in every red state? Why don’t his minions hold copies in front of the cameras and push them in people’s faces? They never produce any of the documents that are questioned which would prove his citizenship? If it’s all bogus, why have his people all been so impotent when it comes to proving the accusations wrong? That tells me it’s not bogus, since they’re putting all their efforts into squashing those questioning it, not proving them wrong. It’s not hard to provide documents proving citizenship. I’ve found documents from my family 260 years ago before this country was a country. But obama and his people can’t produce one stinking birth certificate official and certified from the state of Hawaii? It can’t be all bogus when obama and his peopel can’t do something so simple.

Patriot,

Please know that there are literally millions of Americans who share your views and frustrations. We’re all asking similar, if not the same, questions.

I’ve always admired Texans. You kick butt and take names later every day of the week. Believe me when I tell you that the rest of this country is watching what Texas does from here on out.

One irony I see in all that is transpiring right now is this; clinging to our guns and our religion is what will see us through. God will provide the wisdom and grace to guide our way and our guns will allow us to defend and feed oursevles if the unthinkable ever happens.

Hang in there. We know how you feel.

Boy is that ever true. I agree with the whole thing you said but that part REALLY jumped out and bit me. I just can't escape this feeling that in the coming years there will be some very hard decisions to be made by everyone. And the life as usual internet, cell phone, texting, satellite tv, business as usual stuff will be over. Reality will take a front seat and those who don't pay attention won't last long. Scary.

Every time something especially politically dark is on the news, I've more and more looked at my wife and said "Jesus is coming", and she just nods. Her out of state family is seriously considering moving to Texas and they never even mentioned that before, they always wanted us to move there. I just feel bad for the poor souls that might ever pose a threat to my kids. There better be a lot of them, and they better be better armed than I am, or woe be unto them.

And sorry for the lack of paragraph breaks. I honest to God was so wrapped up in my thoughts I totally forgot about html. There were paras in my typing, but no html in the same places. Sorry about that. Wasn't intentional.

I think he was born in Hawaii BUT...

1) The Kenyan was not his father (he looks nothing like him)so there goes the exotic name...and

2) He never bothered to shed Indonesian citizenship

3) Which is why he didn't get around to registering with Selective Service until a few years ago with sloppily falsified documentation, made to look old. Why would an Indonesian register for the draft?

You’re not going to rehash a bunch of crap that has no bearing on anything are you?

You sound like a disgruntled Democrat when Bush won the first (& second) time.

I sure appreciate your post. Thank you. In all my angst your post was great to remind me of what I say and think so much, with my wife too when we talk, is that we firmly believe that most people in the U.S. do feel the same as we do about all this garbage. It's just so frustrating and anger inspiring to know that we are a majority in a country founded on majority rule, and we are systematically being ruled and squashed and taxed and legislated into oblivion by the minority, who is simultaneously destroying the very freedoms and liberties that are most important to us, that generations of family have fought and bled and deid for, as a people of a nation. I don't know if it makes me more sad, or angry. I think more angry, but there's nothing to do with it but chew on it and get disgusted at it.

The more time that goes by, the more I keep thinking "Pray to God, watch for Jesus, keep the guns cleaned, loaded and handy, and pay attention, because things really could get really ugly really quickly. It just seems crazy having some of the thoughts I've been having as to what "might" happen, and the past year, I can't just dismiss them as "silly" anymore. It is not good.

And inside your four walls at the end of the day, it's easy to feel like you're not part of the majority. God help us if all Americans who feel like us don't vote it and vote against EVERYONE that voted for commiecare. Because they're ALL the same people destroying the country. Not figuratively, LITERALLY destroying it. Thanks a lot for your post.

How? Easy.

You can start by blaming the Cook County Board of Elections not doing their job in verifying ALL his qualifications and documents, then the IL Board of Elections and then the IL Secetary of State for certifying his election win -- as US Senator.. After that it was game, set, match. But in his run for POTUS the 50 State Board of Elections and all the Secretaries of State then also failed to do their job.

But I'll take the blame. It's Illinois' fault.
We're run by crooks and scoundrels and apparently -- we like it that way. (/s)

Ok, I’ll file suit, and have it dismissed because I have no standing, and none of the original documentation, even though obama has no original documentation either, but he’s President and I’m nobody, so I lose. And I’ll email it to 500 media email addresses I have in my CC file, and get back a couple dozen responses, all sarcastic liberals who voted for obama, and get ignored by all the rest because it was a quick click and delete for them. Next?

"How did this little INDONESIAN Muslim child - Barry Soetoro, (A.K.A. Barack Obama) get around the issue of nationality to become President of the United States of America?"

He became President because neither Congress nor any of the 50 states nor the FEC set up a process to verify that Presidential candidates were actually eligible for the job. The liberal MSM refused to investigate. And the Judiciary refused to grant discovery in any lawsuit.

And there is considerable confusion about "natural born" citizenship vs plain old citizenship. Since Obama's mother was a U.S. citizen, many voters simply assume Obama is eligible and are not aware there is a "natural born" criteria or what it means.

What can be done?

There are still some ongoing lawsuits and/or appeals that are still being worked.

Several states have legislation in the works to set up a process to examine Presidential candidates eligibility. If even one state refuses to list a candidate in the future it will raise publicity and cause other states to examine the question.

However, none of the state legislation specifies which documents are acceptable and which are not. Therefore it is likely that Obama's "cerficiate of live birth" that was issued by Hawaii to foreign born citizens would be deemed acceptable since the legislation does not specify that as an unacceptable document.

So this legislation will block some of the candidates such as the guy with the Green Card, who ran for president last time from being on the ballot in those particular states. That's probably enough to derail any candidate that is not at least a citizen. But not enough to derail an Obama-like candidate that may have citizenship but is not "natural born".

Unfortunately, and it’s sad, but Illinois, along with Jersey, and Louisiana are just the worst for sure when it comes to political corruption. Though Louisiana is slowly but surely becoming less and less democrat. It’s no irony that all three of the states with the reputations of being the most politically corrupt, are all democrat controlled for decades. It’s both sad and amazing that so many people in positions of power have failed this country so miserably, in allowing obama to rise to an office that he is legally not qualified to run for. Just pathetic.

For whatever it’s worth, Snopes, FactCheck, and UrbanLegends, claim that no such lawsuit was ever filed; no such organization as “Americans for Freedom of Information” exists, and SCOTUS never agreed to hear any case concerning zero’s natural born citizenship status.

My heart goes out to you and all other young couples who struggle with the responsibilities of job, home, and parenthood in today’s world. You, no doubt, fear for your future as well as that of your babies. I, also, do not understand why this matter has not be faced and cleared up..More and more people are believing that the citizenship of our President does not qualify him for office. However, with all the other breaches going on regarding our form of government and our Constitution, what can we expect? Power still lies with The People, even though intimidation is now coming out of Washington D.C., and the Major News Media in an attempt to stifle any ideas other than their own. They want to silence opposition and will use any means to do it. So, what does a young person like yourself do? First of all, know that tyrants usually end up turning on each other and I would guess that at some point, before too long, an “insider” is going to get past the “Chicago Way” and begin to sing. Also, as the vice tightens against the people, more will be willing to risk and sacrifice to save the country. Things are not quite bad enough yet but probably will become that way quickly. Listen to Glen Beck as often as possible. His history lessons are painful because they are the truth. The way we fight this is to turn to FAITH, HOPE AND CHARITY, as much as possible in our personal lives. Busy parents can do that at home, on the job and in interactions with friends. Let those closest to you know you love them and pray each and every day, whether you are a believer or not, God will hear you. I know you are a true PATRIOT and a TEXAS PATRIOT, to boot..That puts you way ahead of most of us..God bless and don’t lose heart. You are not alone.
