An Army doctor charged with disobeying a deployment order because he doubts President Barack Obama's credentials as commander in chief is asking a military judge for access to the president's school and college records. Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin also is requesting during a hearing Thursday at Fort Meade a subpoena to depose the custodian of Obama's birth records with the state of Hawaii.

Are you even paying attention to what you're writing?? How would you make the case that Obama's orders aren't legitimate if you aren't allowed to pursue or present the documentation that supports your claim??

That particular charge against Lakin is classified under article 92, which says, "General orders or regulations are those orders or regulations generally applicable to an armed force which are properly published by the President or the Secretary of Defense ..." Looks pretty clean to me.

Whatever you think of The Post and Email, Shirley Rondeau does a fine job interviewing people involved in the eligibility issue.
Six days from today Leo Donofrio and his law partner will be presenting oral arguments in the Chrysler Dealer’s Appeal.
The September 8th hearing should be interesting as the federal attorneys (the defendents) have already attempted to drag the eligibility issue into court unsuccessfully.
Obviously the Obama administration is concerned that this issue will end up in the Washington, D.C., district court as Quo Warranto, and Obama will be forced to prove he is eligible to be President of the U.S.A. The Chrysler Dealers have standing due to their being grievously harmed by this administration.
Combine the above court activity with Lakin’s court martial plus the accumulating evidence that Obama’s publicly known background is more and more beginning to resemble fiction, I can foresee that Obama may resign sometime in the next 24 months.
That brings me to the subject of Obama giving $23Million of our tax revenue to Kenya so that nation’s Constitution would be rewritten.
The eligibility for becoming President was changed in the new Constitution so Obama can run for President of Kenya. Is this his bolt hole?

What’s really scary here, is that it’s happening within the Military!
He’s gonna be found guilty as you’ve pointed out.
I wonder, is he obeying ANY orders now? If he is, isn’t he then just picking and choosing which orders to follow? If he has to go anywhere anyone orders him to now, aren’t those also orders that have trickled down from this alleged illegal administration?
This is a pretty interesting case but all my years of service tell me he’s going to Leavenworth.
Obama’s public school records are missing.
Back in 2008 an FOIA request was made to the Hawaii public school system for Obama’s records. He had been enrolled in the first grade in Hawaii, and though all the other children in his class had extant records, his had gone missing.

Lakin was charged with two counts of a disobeying a lawful order for not appearing at his CO’s office as well. Those two are problematic for Lakin because these were prior to his failure to deploy.
A lawyer would have a field day proving that the word “or” is quite deliberate.
Plus, where does article 92 say that?
892. ART. 92. FAILURE TO OBEY ORDER OR REGULATION
Any person subject to this chapter who—
(1) violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation;
(2) having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by any member of the armed forces, which it is his duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or
(3) is derelict in the performance of his duties;
shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
