As Election Day and the end of many Democrats' political careers get closer, what passes for their party leadership is getting more desperate with each passing poll. The US Senate race in Washington State, which was supposed to be an easy win for incumbent Senator Patty Murray (D-Washington), is starting to tilt toward Republican Dino Rossi and all Vice President Joe Biden had to offer at a Tacoma rally today was the usual anti-business rhetoric and a negative reference to Mr. Rossi's dog.

If I had a name like “Robinette” (Biden’s actual middle name), I wouldn’t be ridiculing what anybody calls their dog.
What I don't understand is that they knew they were committing political suicide all along. Why the panic attacks?
Or did they overestimate the power of the dinosaur media?
And here we thought the democrat confidence in screwing america despite potential repercussions was because they knew something we didn’t that was going to save them, such as an October surprise, or cancelling elections. Looks like they were just enjoying the moment without thinking of the future and now the future has come and its time to pay up with their careers.
Mr. Rossi’s dog was interviewed for comment and when asked how the upcoming election would be for Democrats...the dog responded, in erudite fashion...”Rough rough rough!”

The real story here is that Joe is lying. Imagine that!
Here is the true story about the dog, as told by Dino Rossi himself in 2004, and as reported by someone who’s not friendly to Rossi or George Bush, but had to concede the story actually reflected well on both gentlemen.

Indeed, one would think they would have known that. You and I and many others figured it out. I personally figured that part out myself over 12 months ago. Namely, that Obama had no intention of running to win a second term and that he was going to “use up” the Rat Congress as if they were pawns to sacrifice on the alter of his Marxist agenda. He did exactly all of that in order to briefly obtain more power than any U.S. President in history. He’s now used up all of that power, and now the political bill is finally due. At least for the Rat Congress that is; his own personal date with destiny is still a couple of years off.
I even wrote a letter about all of this to my local Marxist freshman (soon-to-be-ex) Congresswoman, Betsy Marxey. At the time, I repeatedly referred to the Rat Congress’ suicidal acts as drinking poisoned Kool-Aid, which they did when they knowingly ingested large quantities of poisoned Marxist legislation. And yet, somehow, they rationalized this all away then. I really and truly would like to know what these rationalizations were, and why they were so powerful, because it’s difficult for me to understand how these elitists could be so isolated from reality that they could convince themselves that somehow they could still remain in power.
At any rate, all of that poisoned Kool-Aid that they swilled down like it was free cases of rare Scotch is finally kicking in. After all, it was liberally laced with tiny time pills pre-set to explode on November 2.
