Well, in a nutshell, what he wants is a Big Brother-style one world government based on extreme European-style socialism, strict population control and the radical green agenda. It would be a world where the state tightly regulates everything that we do for the greater benefit of the environment and of society as a whole.

A “orderly decline of the dollar” would make imports (oil, chinese stuff, etc.) more expensive and make our exports cheaper. Such a decline would be good for Americans having more jobs here rather than losing jobs to other countries.
Orderly should be a slow enough decline so as to not ruin our economy due to suddenly increased import prices. In the long run, we have to get our balance of trade back in balance.

Soris is still wanted in Russia for currency manipulation.
He sold the Rouble short and caused it Rouble to crash around 1999-2000 time frame. The Rouble went from about $.16 to about $.03 almost overnight.
This is what he has in store for the dollar.
When the Russian police invaded his offices in Moscow in Nov 2005, he was conveniently absent.
We do not have an extradition treaty with Russia, so he’s safe here and in most of the West.

Indeed. I’ve often wondered why this man is allowed to live. I’d love to see him arrested and turned over to the Thais who’d like to show him one of their prisons.
