Mboya was a close friend of Barack Obama Sr.’s family, so it’s no mystery that Barack Obama Sr. was selected to give his name to Malcolm X’s son.

We have no idea if Stanley Ann gave birth to Barack Obama or was just the woman chosen to raise him by the grand conspirators who plotted his rise to power from as far back as the 1950s, before his birth!

This may seem far fetched but; everything about Obama is far fetched because we know nothing about him.

However it looks like Janice Okubo is still Director of Communications at the Department of Health. Perhaps her job is civil service and not a political appointment.

I make no claims, I just pass along information and folks who don’t particularly like the information try to kill the messenger.
My only personal point of view is that every major presidential scandal over the last half century was dealt with via a grand jury investigation and the fact that there has been no grand jury investigation of Obama’s eligibility when a grand jury could be convened in any jurisdiction where Obama’s name was on the ballot speaks volumes to me about the seriousness (or lack thereof) of this issue.

If grand juries were good enough for Watergate, Iran-Contra, the Savings and Loan scandal, Whitewater, Filegate, Vince Foster’s Suicide, Travelgate, Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky, the CIA Leaks-Valerie Plame-Scooter Libby, why not for Obama’s eligibility to be President of the United States?

Recall that BO's "autobiography" Dreams From My Father was published in 1995, during the first Clinton administration.

I remember when the book came out (in the wake of the Rodney King arrest and Los Angeles riots, and the O.J. Simpson murder trial) and how heavily it was promoted. It seemed like some sort of novelty, this story of a "Kenyan boy makes good" story, something that was supposed to elicit a positive response in the reading public. The man on the cover seemed strange, with his fixed smile and his eyes as dark and unfeeling as a pair of black shoe buttons. I thumbed through the book but didn't think enough of it to buy a copy.

Someone was promoting him, way back when. See if you can remember back to the '80s and '90s when the foundations of his political career were being laid.

Your theory may well be true. I read your rant and thought it had merit. For me personally, I’m not yet sure of all the particulars. We’re trying to put this puzzle together but it doesn’t appear we have all the pieces...yet. We’ll get them, though, and we’ll out this usurper yet. I hope he is disgraced to such a degree nothing like this ever happens again. Once was one time too many.

On a side note. One item that may mitigate against your theory is the fact that Soros’ group, Media Matters, initially attacked Obama and backed Hillary. I learned this from one of the farthest left liberals I have ever encountered—a hardline atheist who lives in Seattle. She was and is a massive Hillary backer, and in a discussion with me she used Media Maters as a source. I explained to her that it was a red flag to a conservative bull, and would she kindly not cite them again. She responded that she believed they had credibility because for the longest time they were the only ones exposing Obama’s flaws, cheating and other negative factors. [Shows you how diversified her news sources were, right?]

So anyway, if Obama was ‘chosen’ from the beginning, why didn’t Soros get the memo? I do think there is some credibility in the idea that the leftist powers that be started out backing Hillary and only switched when Obama, via his Chicago cheating and thuggery-style politics, started winning.

But however it is, the truth will eventually come out. Let’s hope it is sooner than later—as indeed I think it will be.

I think the truth will be made public, too many people know too much. If the Rs in the House have courage and conviction and principles, it will happen sooner. Would FOIA allow birthers access to appointment ledgers? If Obama did, indeed, visit Hawaii for the purpose of meeting with Hawaiian election officials wouldn't that be entered somewhere in someone’s appointment calender ( paper or computer)?

If the DPH’s OCON did not meet requirement HRS 11-113(c)(1)(B) by not explicitly including “…a statement that each candidate is legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution…”, then how can the DPH file a legally omissive OCON?

How could it be legal to be omisive? Didn’t it violate Hawaiian law?

I think what Mr. Johannson is trying to say is that the authority granted to Mr. Cronin in HRS 11-113 to approve a legally deficient OCN submitted by the DPH is the shadowy legal channel that allowed Obama to usurp the office of the POTUS. But I don’t think that will ever remove the legal obligation for the DPH to comply with HRS 11-113(c)(1)(B), so the submission of a deficient OCON can never be referred to as legally omisive.

The information the mother/grandmother provides is passed to the Dept of Health (and/or Vital Statistics) and thus to any media outlet that reports births. Thus, the information reported IS from family.

You seem to be of the opinion that those birth announcements serve as historical proof of establishing Hawaii as Obama’s birthplace (despite the fact that these were discovered by a dem operative and no one can vouch for the integrity of the films being housed at the various libraries), what about the interview of Sarah Obama stating that she was there in the hospital in Mombasa when he was born. Or how about this article...is this any less substantive than what has been discovered to prove Obama was born in Hawaii?
