Nine more members of Congress have told The Daily Caller that they’re calling on Attorney General Eric Holder to resign over his handling of Operation Fast and Furious, more than doubling the number on record before the weekend calling for his ouster. A total of 17 members of Congress have now called for Holder to step down.

The latest group of members includes Republican Reps. Dan Burton of Indiana, Allen West of Florida, Lynn Jenkins of Kansas, Trent Franks of Arizona, Tim Huelskamp of Kansas, Mike Pompeo of Kansas, Duncan Hunter of California, Devin Nunes of California and Dennis Ross of Florida.

Resign? Nope. Impeach the B-tard. And his boss B-tard.

Bring on the Trials.

For What?

Responsibility for Agent Terry’s death.

Hundreds of dead in Mexico.

Attempted smear of BATF agents who did not cover up this crap.

Lying to Congress.

Betraying his oath of Office.

And the most important thing, EXPOSE & bring charges against Obozo who planned this Fast & Furious Mess.

The purpose of the non stop Occupy coverage is to block all news relating to Fast And Furious and Solyndra.

Not bad, but you forgot the biggie... Waging war against the United States (specifically the Constitution, and most specifically the Second Amendment thereof), which under the wording of the aforementioned Constitution, equates to... TREASON... 'nuff said...

Waging a covert war on a friendly nation too.

Treason, state-sponsored terrorism, RICO violations galore...

RICO violations galore...

Oh yes... In fact, the murders of *two* Federal agents on US soil, open up *ALL* (as in each and every one) of the people involved in this mess to the death penalty, under RICO statutes. Holder and Obama would be just as guilty as any drug kingpin under those statutes for murders committed by others in order to further their criminal enterprise. And make no mistake, this crude attempt to end run the 2A is *not* going to fly, legally anymore. Pre-Heller, it could possibly have, but post-Heller, no way...

You are speaking of their own criminal enterprise to undermine the Constitution. Which is a valid charge that also includes sedition apart from the racketeering charges.

If that's not enough I was thinking of their material assistance given to multiple international drug cartels. Many more murder charges lie in that and range from many dozens of Mexican citizens to all levels of Mexican LEOs from the local to the federal level.

Apparently the UN and the Hague are prejudiced and don't consider Mexico worthy of defending because there are a slew of charges to be made there too. The 0bama administration has put the U.S. squarely in the rogue nation category.

Undoubtedly true, but what is likewise true is that the UN and the Hague are both quite untrustworthy, in my eyes, and have eschewed the only appropriate penalty for such crimes, that being the death penalty. Best that they *NOT* be involved, then...

The 0bama administration has put the U.S. squarely in the rogue nation category.

Cogent point, and one which makes it incumbent upon *US* to rectify the wrong and appropriately punish the evildoers, to remove that taint of "rogue nation". Once again, for such crimes, there is only one appropriate penalty...

I agree. I don’t want the UN or the Hague involved but I thought it was worth pointing out that there was plenty of cause from the POV of their excuse for existing to do so. Highlighting their hypocrisy in not saying anything about it is just a bonus.

Let’s not overlook the ‘my people’ statement and the declaration that as AG he will not prosecute ‘people of color’.
