U.S. Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., is wondering just when Attorney General Eric Holder will get around to answering his questions about the prosecution of a U.S. Border Patrol agent for "improperly restraining a 15-year-old drug smuggler."
At least, that's the question he asked in a new letter today to Holder addressing the dispute over the prosecution of Agent Jesus E. Diaz Jr. for lifting the smuggler's arms to force him to comply with orders when he was arrested.
"I am still awaiting your response as to why the Justice Department would actively pursue such a case against a U.S. Border Patrol Agent," Hunter wrote. "However, it was more recently brought to my attention that the Justice Department is now requiring Agent Diaz and his family to pay a fine in the amount of $6,870, due 'immediately.' "I ask that you take immediate action to waive any fine imposed on Agent Diaz and his family. If this is not something you are willing to do, I hope that you will at least give consideration to delaying payment pending the outcome of Agent Diaz's appeal."

How is it that, Czar Holder doesn’t know anything about the improper fast & furious gunning running scheme that killed a border agent but he sure knows how to prosecute a border agent for “improperly restraining a 15-year-old drug smuggler.”? Ask that question.

He’s probably not.
Hunter, Grassley, and Issa are more likely laying down the foundation to show why Holder needs to be removed by Congress.
It also would be laying down the foundation to impeach Obama for failing to uphold the responsibilities of the president.

I don't know where Issa was when Anthony Shaffer and the Able Danger Team were being perssecuted by Harry Reid and JOhn Murtha, but Duncan Hunter and Chuck Grassley (who pledged his undying effort) turned tail and ran when dems turned up the heat.

Obama could be filmed committing murder and he would not face impeachment due to immunity by pigmentation.

Please stand up. If ya gotta do it arm-in-arm with your fellows at a joint presser, so be it...but please, STAND UP!
These criminals need to be called out, brave sir. The usurpers of our freedoms snicker at polite letters. I know you are respectful sir, but for once, could someone please respect US? If not us, what about the memories of those murdered by these criminals, those charged and jailed UNJUSTLY?

If Holder keeps doing what he’s doing, that’s the way it’s got to go.
If Issa and Grassley fail at this one, there won’t be anything anybody can do to stop Obama and crew.
Every ounce of dem evil in their ditty bag was used against Tony and Kurt Weldon. Tony lost an awful lot and Weldon....
Thank you for reminding me about Weldon. The Able Danger episode still gets my blood boiling. I recently heard Shaeffer in a talk show interview and he sounded well. I hope so. I also heap shame on our congress for what he went through.
Curt Weldon was my Congressman. I fought Sestak at every turn and we got rid of him last year. But the damage was done. Weldon was a huge threat to the Clintons. A good man.
Far as I am concerned, they can keep the inner cities. They stink. But if they come out here, I have a little something warm to welcome them in the manner to which they will definitely become accustomed...
Most people don’t even know the half of it. They would have been announcing Weldon’s ‘suicide’.
Been sending news stories to my kids to show them where this is headed. They are falling into line now and want to do some joint planning.
