Rossi's NASA Test Fails to Launch (E-Cat)
New Energy Times ^ | 2/10/2012 | Steven B. Krivit

Andrea Rossi, an Italian man who claims to have invented a practical low-energy nuclear reaction device, will not have his device tested and evaluated by NASA. In the past year, Rossi has had mixed success in gaining support at two NASA laboratories: Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va., and Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala.

Neither one of you guys is suspicious enough ~ and it shows.

Let's take the case of Chelsea Clinton's father-in-law. He was a broker and he had a fair bit of personal wealth at the time, and he also had access to brokerage accounts. Apparently you have to make declarations from time to time about your own wealth, so he did that. Then, he went bankrupt. Just ran out of money, went from $800 K down to Zip, and had no accounting for what he did with the money. The trading accounts he had access to also lost.

So, they busted him and sent him to prison.

He never once blamed the Mob. Just took it like a man and served his time, but it was pretty obvious he'd been shaken down for something ~ most usually it's for GAMBLING debts.

Rossi's own story is that the gunk to gas project worked fine but a local member of the Italian parliament was in league with the mob to force him out of the hydrocarbon recovery business and got their version of EPA to change the rules just as he was starting to work.

In short, he bucked the mob (if you think such things can happen). He didn't go bankrupt either ~ which is almost guaranteed to happen if you go along with them (like Chelsea's father in law).

There were still partners in that deal ~ do you know what happened to them?

That was in NH. The factory supposedly doing the work on the converter was in Italy.

The factory in Italy is still there.

The guy actually has a business that makes things, and sells them.

His relationship to NH is intriguing. Ten full years ago you find him involved with all the same Swedes he's involved with today, the same guys with contracts at Department of Energy, the same crowd at Parsons, it's all same-same!

If you take all the information in all the various papers on the net about Rossi you end up what really does look like two guys.

Currently I'm trying to separate the two "historic" St. Gildas' from each other to see who did what to whom. Very similar problem to the Rossi the conman vs Rossi the guy with White House contacts. Could be two guys.

Nothing like a good fire to cover the tracks. As this year progresses there will announcements of how well the work is going and how much farther into the future the delivery date for the water heaters has been pushed.

What ever happened to the 1 mw units that were sold but not yet built? Is Rossi selling them to himself?

I think the word you are looking for is paranoid. I bow to your supreme mastery of it.

Yes, that's Rossi's version. Just like O.J. Simpson's version is that he was in his backyard in the middle of the night, in the dark, hitting golf balls around when his ex-wife was murdered.

It is more likely that his "gunk to gas" project was just a hoax for the purpose of money laundering. The fact that his "partners" were continuing to claim the expense of buying fuel from him for over a year after Dragon Petrol was shut down is pretty compelling evidence of that. The fact that Rossi was busy buying abandoned refineries to provide places to store the "gunk" that he wasn't actually processing is pretty compelling evidence of that. And, the fact that Rossi was always convicted along with several other business owners is pretty compelling evidence that he was actually involved with organized crime, not a victim of it.

Nope. You are confused.

According to the Army report, Rossi was working on the TE converter in New Hampshire. The report says that the fire occurred and then Rossi decided to "continue his work" in Italy.

Interestingly, that was the trip to Italy when Rossi was arrested in 2000 for his Bankruptcy fraud conviction. It was reported that Rossi had a ticket for his return to the United States in his pocket when he was arrested. So, the decision to "continue his work in Italy" was forced on him by being arrested, convicted and thrown in jail.

Someone in Italy did make some more TE converters, but non of them worked anywhere near as well as the commercially available devices, let alone the 5-times improvement that Rossi had promised.

And this is where you would normally loop back and claim that it must have been a different Andrea Rossi. I don't feel like running in circles with you, so I'm going to stop talking to you now. Have a nice day.

No, nor do I care very much. Maybe the black helicopters came for them or they went up with the Energizer Bunny.

My interest in these threads is whether the water heaters will ever appear. That will be the answer to most questions.

So let’s not “take the case of Chelsea Clinton’s father-in-law”

If you haven’t noticed, that .pdf is an image file, not a text file, so what you said about capturing the text doesn’t apply.

Even if a document is scanned and converted to a .pdf text file, the font tends to be highly similar to the font of the original document. I know this because I’ve converted hundreds of pages to .pdf files.

Glad you did. On the other hand what you have on the net is a picture of a picture of something written/drawn by what was probably a laser printer ~ (but that was Italy so lord only knows what they really used).

You should have learned in the discussions about the Obama Long Form Birth Certificate that when you start with a form, then microfilm it, then convert that to a high density digital image, and then transmit that over the net, send it out to a gazillion others the same way, you do get some degree of damage, particularly if it started out on an old fashioned electric typewriter that used cotton ribbon and ink!

This copy isn't that bad but I've seen many just like it. You scan them and the downstream copy simply is not register perfect with the original.

We probably ought to bring in one of those guys to start busting it up into image areas and layers ~ prep us for the next birth certificate!

Yet, you don't agree that Rossi has powerful friends with an inside track to Obama and his Green Energy crowd.

I find that unbelievable ~ Italian mob continues to have connections to Chicago mob ~

At the same time you almost never find one of their victims or their employees complaining about them. Rossi complains.

That letter is simply a computer generated letter, similar to the dozens of computer generated documents some of us make every week. It’s easy to make such a letter... most of the form already exists, and all the secretary has to do is insert the proper name and dates; the rest is done automatically. But this particular letter has been Photoshopped... hence the irregularities.

There is no scanned original letter from 1976. I doubt that the U of Milan has any records pertaining to A. Rossi at all. His language and behavior just aren’t consistent with those of a college educated individual.

Hmm ~ photoshopped ~ and the way you start out to do that is you copy an image or two, correct?

It's not like all of us don't know the steps for working up computer images.

My favorite had Hillary Clinton with the Pope and he had his hand on her bottom. It had to have started with a picture of the Pope and of HIllary ~ with both being digitized.

This letter starts with someone scanning something with a cheap bar scanner.

BTW, some of the contracts Rossi worked on (according to the Army and other independent sources) required at least a Secret clearance.

His accent is no worse than that of Henry Kissinger.
