Fretting and hiding under a desk won’t stop voter fraud; fighting back will

Those who are convinced Obama will win because of voter fraud need read no further. This information is not for you. Those who do not want to merely concede the election because “After all ‘they will use voter fraud and steal the election” can stop reading.

Voter fraud is a serious concern, but not one that can’t be defeated. Groups like True The Vote (http://www.truethevote.org/ ) are working with local law enforcement and winning victories over voter fraud.

To help combat voter fraud the first thing to do is STOP saying we will lose because of voter fraud. That helps our enemies dampen our will, it plays into their hands and it need not true if we work hard to defeat fraud.

If you want to combat voter fraud work hard and generate a lead of more than 4% for our candidates. Overcoming a lead of more than 3% with voter fraud is extremely difficult and still more difficult when good citizens shine the light of truth on these rats.

Remember in 2000 Democrats in Miami were stopped when they tried to “count votes” in a private room. That simple victory may very well have saved the presidency.

Make problems for voter fraudsters by writing letters and showing up when asked to do so. The problems voter fraudsters have are greater than many people realize. First there has to be an organization to coordinate it.

When you see suspicious groups “organizing” in your area speak out and don’t stop until others join you and the threat is neutralized. Sunlight is the best disinfectant when you are combating voter fraud.

Fraudsters need people smart enough to be helpful to a conspiracy but not smart enough to realize they will probably go to prison…. More..

Want to stop voter fraud?

Mandate a 4473 style form and NICS background check for EVERY voter for EVERY election with the same penalties applied for falsifying information on the form as there are with purchasing a gun.

After all, if a 4473 and background check is good enough to pass Constitutional muster to buy a gun, it’s good enough for voting.

Secretary of state races are extremely important. In 2010 we elected Ruth Johnson over Jocelyn Benson in Michigan. Johnson made a name for herself fighting ACORN and the fake tea party fraud. Benson was the jewel of the Soros secretary of state project.

Sadly, that is nowhere near enough to stop massive vote fraud. Thjere were laws in place to prosecute the vote fraud which occurred when I and other people were denied the right to vote by our unlawful removal from the voter registration lists and nonexistent Hispanic named residents were substituted at our address and home complete with fraudulently obtained drivers licenses. The State of California and its officials refused to enforce the law or even to accept a report or complaint. Threatened with arrest for trying to report the crimes, we emigrated our home and business to another state in order to regain our right to vote and vote for Republicans.

We haven't stopped fighting, but the people who deny there is a vote fraud problem and assisting others to deny and take no action against these crimes while intimidating the voter is not helping the situation.

Okay, but what about the Soros-controlled Spanish company that’s been contracted to count the votes?

It’ll put a big dent in individuals registering in multiple places to vote. Plus, anyone that stands against such a move will have a hard time justifying supporting the background check for firearms ownership, another Civil Right.

The left has had almost a free reign to destroy our Rights for the last 40+ years. We now have a way to make them regret it.

I don't mean to discourage the idea, however, I do want to point out why it is not a given that it would prove effective in the face of blatant non-enforcement.

There is for one example a county where owners of real estate property are liable to pay the county property taxes. I was discussing an unrelated matter with a person when I was told they couldn't participate in an upcoming event because their sibling-in-law needed help. It seems the sibling-in-law anticipated an imminent arrest and prosecution for failure to pay property taxes for several decades. One question led to another, and the story was revealed.

Reportedly, the Democrat leadership in the county, family, and ceertain friends had quite a scam going for a very long time. Their real esttate properties were supposedly removed from the county property tax rolls, so they never had to pay the property taxes everyone else were burdened to pay. Someone finally succeeded in bypassing the corrupt state law enforcement organizations and succeeded in getting the Federal law enforcement agencies to investigate this corruption. The sibling-in-law was one of the people being investigated by the Federal authorities, and he had to hire a defense attorney. A few stories about the Federal invesitgatoins ongoing appeared in the newspapers, and then the stories ended and disappeared from the news media. Some months later I was talking to the person whose sibling-in-law was awaiting arrest, and I asked whatever happened to that Federal investigation and the impending arrests? He smiled and said the whole investigation was dropped without explanation, and it all just went away.

This is the same county in which a man was hired from out of the county to work in management at a plant site in the county. When he purchased his real property for his home, his real property was given a very high property tax assessment. After discussing the problem with natives of the county, he was instructed to go back to the county courthouse, register as a Democrat for the elections, and then complain about the property tax assessment to the county assessor. Sure enough, the county assessor clerk checked his voter registration as a Democrat, smiled, and found an excuse to dramatically lower his property tax assessment. From then on, he had to be careful about voting only as a Democrat in the primaries, so he could then vote how he liked for a Republican in the general election.

The point of the story is that the existence of laws on the books quite often are disregarded with impunity by the Democrats and not a few Republicans as well.

I understand what you’re saying. What I’m trying to accomplish is to out the Libs on their hypocrisy. If they decry the idea for voting, we gain ammo against them. We also force them to justify the background check system for purchasing firearms.

It’s not just about vote fraud, but the fraud against all of our Civil Rights. We force them to level the playing field either up to background checks for voting too or elimination of an Unconstitutional background check for exercising ones Civil Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

For many years I’ve been trying to figure out a way to deny anyone the ability to commit vote fraud. A solution is elusive in a great many regards. For example, even if you succeed in denying all fraudulent voter registrations, there is still the problem of fraudulent vote counts. Even when the fraudulent vote counts can be denied, there is still the problem of denying the additoin of fraudulent ballots, the non-counting of legitimate ballots, and the substitution of forged ballots for legitimate ballots. A key element in being unable to prevent these vote frauds is the fundamental nature of the secret ballot. Once you separate the ballot from the voter registration, audit accountability is lost. This implies that only a public ballot can be audited for verification, but the loss of the secret ballot is regarded as unacceptable for reasons all too obvious.

The idea of using some form of PGP Key to sign an authentic ballot back to the voter registration raises the issue of putting the secret ballot at risk.
