Now that it's been established that Barack Obama's long-form "birth certificate" originated as a digitally created forgery, we are left to ponder: how was the paper certificate of which NBC News reporter Savannah Guthrie took pictures created?
A reasonable assumption would be that the forgery was created in Hawaii by conspirators, or, possibly without the president's knowledge, by pranksters in the Hawaii Department of Health, or as a Republican dirty trick designed to blow up a week or two before the November elections -- then the printed image was copied onto real security paper and embossed with a real seal before being sent by courier to the White House.
Another reasonable assumption would be that the digital fake was created by the White House, then electronically sent to Hawaii for the creation of the paper document by complicit Hawaiian officials.
But is this really what happened? Let's review what we know:

This is a problem. Many Americans respect and want to uphold the Constitution, but our elected politicians may not want to, especially when it comes to the eligibility clause. I’m pretty sure both parties have suggested amending this clause or trying to create statutory work-arounds. Now they’ve figured out they can just mutually ignore the clause and/or lie about the eligibility requirement in order to muddy the issue. What this doesn’t address, however, is criminal fraud which has been committed by the current occupant. None of these issues should be ignored, and somehow, we have to have a way to hold these politicians more accountable.

In fact the Breitbart folks uncovered irrefutable proof that at the very least Obama claimed to have been born in Kenya in the literary agent's official bio of him. However he has still has not been asked to explain where that information could possibly have come from in the first place except from him. The much maligned "birthers" have been proved correct. Ball is in Obama's court.
Agree with you. Obama could murder someone on live TV and, even if the House impeached him, the Senate would not convict.
As someone said earlier, the BC issue will never get to the Supreme Court. Therefore rehashing it over and over isn’t going to make much of a difference.
Now the college transcripts are different because the Goracle opened up Bush’s transcripts in 2000. Of course that proved fruitless since Gore was even dumber than Bush.
Point is, the RATS opened up college transcripts for public interest. Going after Obama for them is legitimate. Plus him shutting that down begs the question of why?
Now it becomes something.

It appears that we can agree that there is something very seriously deficient in our politicians and political system to have these issues/questions still unresolved. However, I disagree that it is like someone, as myself, chasing their tail. For me it is more like chasing, with evidence, the tail of an animal that would destroy my property. Obama is to our Constitution like a fox getting into the hen house. You don’t just let the fox keep doing it’s scavenging if in any way it is possible to stop it’

Columbia and Harvard probably have the same policy as the state of Hawaii-they won’t let anything out unless Obama approves the release.
If transcripts are released, they will come from Obama. So, if there’s anything damaging there, you can be sure they will be thoroughly sanitized before you see them.
But on the subject of Obama’s college years, a listing of students graduating from Columbia surfaced recently, and Obama’s name was there for all to see.
What was interesting, was that some names had single asterisks next to them, and some had double asterisks. Obama had none.
When I graduated from high school, the single asterisk designated an honors graduate (top 10% of the class) and the double asterisk designated a high honors graduate (top 5% of the class).
I have no idea whether Columbia used that same system, but if so, that means Obama wasn’t a stellar student, and that would make one wonder how he managed to get into Harvard Law School, which only takes the best candidates.
So, yes, I agree that this is a valid area for investigation, but I think the chances of anything coming out that could force Obama out of office are vanishingly small.
Maybe this is all a waste of time, but so is watching TV. It’s my choice to make.
