Yup, it's a shame that some conservatives held on and allowed the RINO to take advantage of a split the conservative opposition.

Exactly. It is used to mock President Reagan.
I also find it weird that he would carry an RPG launcher on his back, sit on an American flag as a saddle, be firing a machine-pistol with, ahem, 'depleted uranium rounds' (more like 9mm bullets), and be riding on an extinct animal holding a frayed American flag.
