Thanks to The Roberts Ruling, All That's Left Is Managing The Decline

If your planning on celebrating Independence Day today, I would suggest you do so as if you were attending a wake. After all, every reason we used to celebrate it has been destroyed. All those who died to defend the flag have died in vain, and those still fighting must ask themselves what are they putting their lives on the line for. I suggest they are now fighting for a future of rulers of America that will be managing the decline.

I used to celebrate the 4th of July by enjoying the freedom I was given by those who came before me, but how can I continue celebrating a victory that no longer exists? Regardless of what the establishment says, I cannot get past the fact that John Roberts has destroyed the constitution. That's why I will never be able to celebrate Independence Day again. All the blood that has been spilled by those who loved this country, from the Revolution to the war against terrorism, has been shed in vain.

Regardless of what is actually inside Obamacare, the real death blow to the constitution was John Robert's illogical and very unwise decision. In my lifetime, only Roe vs Wade even comes close to the damage this ruling has done. However, even when you take into consideration the 50 some odd million babies aborted since Roe became the law in 1973, it will pale in comparison to the damage Roberts ruling will have done in next 40 to 50 years. Speaking of Roe vs Wade, if anyone still thinks that Roberts would ever vote to end abortion, I have some ocean front property in Arizona for sale you might want to consider buying.

I remember when it was reported that the Supreme Court legalized abortion. There was a lot of discussion about the ruling, and most Americans disagreed with the ruling and they voiced their opinion that the Justices who sided with such a terrible decision needed to be impeached. I even remember a heated argument between the man I worked for at Anderson Lumber and a client about the need to impeach the two Justices who wrote the majority opinions, Burger and Douglas. A few years later Americans thought that it was just a matter of time before Roe would be reversed when Reagan was elected in 1980.

After all, Reagan ran on a platform where he promised to end the judicial activism of the Burger Court by only appointing judges who were opposed to abortion.  So when he got the chance, he appointed Sandra Day O'Conner, Antonin Scalia, and Anthony Kennedy to the court. It wouldn't be until 1992 that Regan's conservative court would get a chance to do what the vast majority of Americans expected them to do, but like Roberts last week, the will of the American people would be rejected. When the Court ruled on Planned Parenthood vs Casey, they would reaffirm a woman's right to end pregnancy in early stages and made it clear that a total ban on abortion would be found unconstitutional.

The ruling became an unexpected defeat for Conservatives who had high hopes of seeing an end to the abortion industry in America, because we believed Reagan would appoint judges who would change things. Instead of a 6-3 majority voting to uphold life, we saw two of Reagan's three appointees join one of George H. Bush's Justices in upholding Roe v. Wade by a five to four decision. O'Connor, Kennedy, Souter, Blackmun and Stevens voted to keep Roe as the law of the land, while Rehnquist, White, Scalia and Thomas voted to toss it out. What still stands out as a shocker to this day, is the fact that there were 7 Justices appointed by Republicans involved in that 1992 ruling, while the lone Democrat appointee, White, voted with the dissent.

If ever there was an example of how difficult it is to uphold the constitution and defend the rights of Americans, it was the 1992 ruling of on Planned Parenthood vs Casey.  It has been 20 years since that ruling, and we are still looking for another chance to end the legalized murder of over a million babies a year in America. Now that we know where Roberts loyalty lies, Imagine how long it will take to reverse the damage he did to the constitution and our rights with his ruling?

As of today in America, we can be forced to do what ever the federal government demands, as long it is done for the purpose of taxation. We can be forced by congress to buy anything they want us to purchase, do anything they want us to do, or live any way they want us to live. In essence, we have just become slaves to the state!  Karl Marx and every Communist/Fascist/Nazi/Totalitarian who has ever hated America and capitalism is dancing in the streets today. Even the ones who have died and went to hell are dancing the jig with Satan over this ruling!

Even if we get a super majority of Republicans in the House and Senate, and we elect Mitt Romney as the next president, the most they can do is end Obamacare, but that is all. Let's say president Romney gets a chance to appoint three Supreme Court Justices like Reagan did. Does anyone really expect him do have a better record of appointing true constructionist conservatives than Reagan did? 

They say it takes an average of about 40 to 50 years to reverse a bad Supreme Court ruling. Mark my word, before this ignorant ruling even gets revisited, there will have been so much damage done to our freedoms that those of us alive will not even recognize this country.

 So on this 4th of July I will be flying my flag upside down as a sign of distress while I reminisce about the freedoms I once enjoyed, because this ship is sinking and all we have left is a future of politicians who will manage the decline.

It’s apparent Roberts is in hiding and probably will be for a long time. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if he resigns. He knows there are people out there who will do him and/or his family harm. This tells me obama really had something big on him for him to put his family in danger.

It’s a damned shame if our SC justices have to have Secret Service protection and have to ride around in pope mobiles.

Think about it, why do we need the judiciary any longer? Roberts has told Congress and the president that the judiciary has no control over what they do if what they do is done for the purpose of taxation.

I thought the exact same thing. According to Roberts' logic the purpose of the SCOTUS no longer exists.

Before I read the article, the posted picture of Uncle Sam in critical condition brings to mind how Obamacare has impacted that picture.

A more correct picture would be an ailing Uncle Sam on Morphine in a Hospice, because he has been denied treatment by the Obamacare Death Panels.

I admire all of your optimism and fight to save our nation. I am one of those who think we are doomed, so you might as well be addressing me. I apologize for my pessimism but I think it is well founded.

Just to cite one example, how familiar are all of you just about United Nations Agenda 21 alone.

If you aren’t familiar with it in some level of detail, here are 3 videos you need to watch, which illustrated the how US government has been hijacked completely by every from the Federal level down to your City Councils and County Supervisors, by every administration from GHW Bush to Obama, and every president in between.

Please review in total these 3 videos and then you tell me how we are supposed to fight when our government has already been taken over and when we have been completely 100% sold out by the past generation of leaders and bankers and financiers and business interests. I admire your fighting instincts, but lets inject some reality along with them as to how massively our country has already been infiltrated and what the enemy within is doing. It is hard to fight them if you don’t know their battle plan, resources, distribution system and power structure.

The 3rd and perhaps most useful video is a city council meeting led by a City council member who is trying to get the city of San Carlos to reject ICLEI, which is the organization bringing Agenda 21 to your local governments and regional planning organizations. It is perticularly insidious in that the public and the anti-Agenda 21 councilmen make a complete argument against funding ICLEI in a sham dog-and-pony-show, only to have the Mayor and 3 remaining councilmen vote to approve ICLEI funding. The fix was already in. They are going to implement Agenda 21 no matter what the people want.

For my part, I am a government employee, a transportation engineer with the California Dept. of Transportation, called “Caltrans”. I have just discovered that my transportation agency has a “Climate Change Branch”.

You have to ask yourself, why does an agency that is tasked with building, maintaining and operating California state transportation facilities have a “Climate Change Branch”. This is because, against the will of the people, Agenda 21 is being forced upon us using global warming as a boogeyman, and because 40% of CO2 emission in California comes from cars and trucks.

For Glenn Beck fans, here is a freebie on Agenda 21 I’m throwing in just because I happened to come across it while finding the other videos. It is no very useful if you haven’t followed Becks other lessons about the Center for American Progress, Soros, the Tides Foundation, the Apollo Alliance and the rest of what he refers to. That's interesting, because I was thinking the exact same thing as you, but apparently for the opposite reason. I think that those Freepers who refuse to recognize that the federal government is now officially an out-of-control tyranny (it has been going that way for years) and, instead, want to stick their heads in the sand and pretend that all of this will be fixed in the next election if we just elect "our guy", are the pussies here.

Here's the reality: this used to be a country filled with Christians, and even those who weren't Christians still held many Christian ethics because it was an ingrained part of the culture. Our government functioned roughly as it was supposed to because it was staffed with men who believed in right and wrong. Now we have full Marxist indoctrination of half the government, most of the academia, including public schools K-12, pretty much all of Hollywood, and almost half of the citizenry is receiving government handouts. Anyone, at this point, who believes that our Constitution can be restored by simply going down to the voting office and filling in some bubbles is being willfully blind to reality, and I'd have to guess that they are being willfully blind because they are scared. They don't want to acknowledge what it is that must be done, so they want to pretend that doing the same old stuff will work, right up until we're getting chucked onto cattle cars.

Recognizing that the system is now hopelessly broken is not the same as giving up. It just means we have to abandon our failed options and go forward with the last option available to us. Do the people here have the balls for that?

Just for your information, my brother served in the US 1st Division, or Big Red 1. He got out just before Desert Shield.

He said that one of his worst days was the day it occurred to him that he had been nothing but a mercenary for US political and business interests. He signed up to fight and risk death protecting the integrity and people of the USA from foreign enemies who would do us harm.

Instead, he said he was nothing but a mercenary for a government that engages of all manner of wars that have very little to do with protecting it. It was a huge eye opener for him to accept.

I for one believe many of our US military have been sent to die and suffer in vain. That does not mean their sacrifice was any less noble than that for any other of the just causes American military have fought, be it WW I or WW II or the Civil War, etc.

A good example is the war on terror. What did it gain us that dropping a small nuke on Kabul and another small nuke on Baghdad would not have gained us. Well, it is likely we could not politically used nukes, but we could have razed both cities as a response to 911.

Instead, we sent thousands of US combat troops into harms way and now you have Muslims murdering Christians in both Iraq and Afghanistan, while Egypt and Libya are run by the Muslim Brotherhood, and will likely turn as radically fundamentalist as Iran.

Who did they free? Who did they help?

Don’t get me wrong, they gave their all and did their best and I have nothing but love and respect for most of the men and women of the US Armed Forces, who do everything that is asked of them right up to the impossible. There is no singular military foe they cannot defeat in short order on the field of battle.

But they have suffered and died in vain to implement a New World Order as directed by our socialist masters. They were cheated, and I hope the people who cheated them burn in hell right down the line, from Daddy and Baby Bush, to Obama and Rapist Clinton and every Senator and Congressman that sent them into the meat grinder knowing that it was NOT in the pursuit of our freedom or rights, even as they were denying us our God given rights with a parade of new abuses from the TSA to no-knock police raids in the middle of the night.

I grieve for our noble US servicemen who died and suffered in vain. I have nothing but scorn and contempt for the greedy, evil monsters that caused it.

I'm ready to go anytime. Are you? Getting on a web forum like this serves the purpose of raising the alarm, getting people to accept truths they don't want to accept. Because, frankly, if its just me and a couple of other guys going after it, it's pointless. We're going to need at least a few more, to say the least. And that involves getting people to wake up. I really don't understand how, after all of these years and all of these blatant trashings of Constitutional law by the fed and the courts, anyone could possibly get on this site and says that everything is ok, we just need to get "our guy" in on the next election.
