Strategy to Fight Back Against Voter Fraud
9 Nov 2012 | LTC.Ret

Posted on 11/09/2012 7:24:56 PM PST by LTC.Ret

This was not originally my idea --- it was something FRiend "struggle" suggested I do. It was a GREAT idea!!!

I called Gov. Perry’s Office as well as his campaign office. I suggested that Gov. Perry publicly challenge the governors of Colorado, Ohio, Florida, etc., to investigate and clean up their voter fraud because Texas citizens are tired of bearing the consequences of malfeasance in other states.

There seemed to be some interest in the idea, and I was asked to send any documentation that I thought might be helpful. I sent the following: http://colorado.mediatrackers.org/2012/09/04/colorado-counties-have-more-voters-than-people/ http://www.punditpress.com/2012/11/what-luck-obama-won-dozens-of-cleveland.html http://www.punditpress.com/2012/11/good-news-obama-won-county-in-ohio-with.html http://reaganiterepublicanresistance.blogspot.com/2012/11/fun-fact-obama-lost-in-every-state-with.html http://www.humanevents.com/2012/09/17/vote-fraud-alert-one-out-of-five-registered-ohio-voters-is-bogus/#.UJsjsmjNq5x.twitter http://www.duffelblog.com/2012/11/military-absentee-ballots-delivered-one-day-late-would-have-swung-election-for-romney/#ixzz2BkNjhn8p

Of course, there are even more that can be included now: http://www.punditpress.com/2012/11/in-florida-obama-got-over-99-in-broward.html http://www.slcelections.com/Pdf%20Docs/2012%20General/GEMS%20SOVC%20REPORT.pdf

I am asking all TEXANS and other Freepers who live in Red States to contact your Governors both at the state house and through their campaign offices and ask them to challenge the Governors in fraud-ridden states to investigate, prosecute, and restore the integrity of our VOTE.

If we can get enough voices to be heard, and bring enough pressure to bear, we could get movement on this issue. We SERIOUSLY need it!!!

This is an OPPORTUNITY for some Governor9s0 to step up as a LEADER in an area that has no real down side, especially NOT on the Republican side of the fence. We WANT honest elections --- let's push the issue!!!

Contact info for Gov. Rick Perry is:

That is a good idea -— if a lowly cash register can spit out receipts all day, surely a high tech voting machine could do it as well. Like you said, no names, just a code number. I’m nearly 100% sure there are folks on this list that could make that happen.

Today I wrote to RNC Chmn Priebus, urging that he and the Committee undertake a campaign to publicize and demand an end to fraudulent voting, noting that unless this is accomplished there will be no hope of ever electing a Republican president. I told the Chmn that absent such a clean-up I saw little reason to continue voting in national elections, being tired of being taken for a fool.

A steady stream of such a request MIGHT get results.

Snope.com is panning the Duffelbag satire. It’s an old Communist disinformation tactic. They take a true story and falsify certain aspects of it. They proceed to disseminate it as rumor or news among their enemies. The unsuspecting enemies of the Communists fail to recognize the strawman and poison pill as they adopt the wrong information amongst many true reports. Then the Communists tear down their own strawman to damage the credibility of their enemies who mistakenly trusted the strawman. The Communists then use the mistake to ridicule their enemies and anyone else who dares to speak out about any of the trues reports in the manner Saul Alinsky championed.Such was the purpose of the McCarthy anti-Communist activities. Promote the misperception of error and mean intent to hide the real crimes. The same technique was used to demoralize opposition to the Bolsheviks and Communists in Imperial Russia a century ago.

This an opportunity to teach a valuable lesson to American voters ignorant of how they are being manipulated by the Democrats and the Communists who have joined the leasership of the Democrats.

They’re already talking 2016 on Fox as of this morning. There is going to be someone out there who has unspoken aspirations that needs some way to step out of the crowd and get noticed.

Taking on this vote fraud issue could be just the ticket, especially since there is so much information to be had now that it is almost impossible to deny any longer. Someone like a Governor who is not involved in a contested election, so that it can’t be called sour grapes or poor loser, could garner a LOT of earned credit and publicity for this.

I’m not sure what the exact numbers are, but a significant percentage of American voters support Voter ID and other efforts to protect the vote. These people would likely rally to the person who led the charge to clean up voter fraud.

Scott Walker as of now is the only one I would even be slightly excited about. No retreads!

What I would like to see is being able to get my entire ballot shown online by just entering the stub number of my ballot-—no name. I would trust the system more.

That would make to much sense. But it would not prevent a million dead people from holding otherwise apparently legitimate stub numbers.

Anywhere that 184% of your registered voters actually cast a ballot in an election -— someone’s got some ‘splainin to do, as Lucy said.

Some of us have spent decades trying to think of ways to prevent vote fraud, but it is not very easy when there are too many corrupt people invovled in the process. As any accounting auditor can tell you, cash register receipts can be usedd to commit massive financial frauds which are sometimes difficult to detect, especially when the leasership of the organization is a co-conspirator in the fraud. It’s much worse with voting due to the secret ballot and compromised voter registration procedures.

While it is not immune to corruption, one of the best ways to severely restrict the opportunity for fraud is to return to limiting voter precincts to no more than the number of voters who can know, recognize, and observe their vote as if they are in a townhall meeting. At every step of the way the vote tallies are then escorted by auditable paper trails to successively higher authorities, so any attempt can be immediately detected and immediately stopped on the spot. Election officials caught red-handed wuld be subject to trial and punishment under laws mandating permanent loss of the right to vote or hold any public office of trust, imprisonment for not less than one or more decadees, or punishment including capital punishment for the leaders orchestrating large scale vote fraud.

Furthermore, none of the above will do one whit of good so long as the public cannot convene its own grand jury without the approval of the public prosecutor or district attorney. Only then can the corrupt judiciary and corrupt legislators be held accountable for corruption in their offices.

Taxes without representation are not moral or legal. We the People...the very payingest taxpayers in this country...were just royally and bipartisanly
disenfranchised of our vote in this election.

“Direct” disenfranchisement refers to actions that explicitly prevent people from voting or having their votes counted, as opposed to “indirect” techniques, which attempt to prevent people’s votes from having an impact on political outcomes (e.g., gerrymandering, ballot box stuffing, stripping elected officials of their powers).

http://www.umich.edu/~lawrace/disenfranchise1.htm

And by not challenging it, fighting it..and getting in their faces about it...we grant permission for it to continue....and even worse...increase the probability of needing to resort to the cartridge box for resolution.

We have no further moral or legal obligation Federal Taxation at this point until this is corrected....and the vote is legitimate and non-corrupt.

As I said on another thread, we have mostly Republican governors across the country. WE can organize around forcing our governors to at least pay attention to this. ORGANIZE and follow through. PA’s governor is a pubbie. FLA’s governor is a pubbie. Go to it starting first thing Monday morning. Burn up their phone lines and fax machines and don’t let up.

I know this is a HUGE task, and that many things have been tried before. I also know we can either do SOMETHING, or we can complain to ourselves and nothing changes -— and it gets even WORSE next time.

Maybe contacting our Red State and Republican Governors won’t do anything -— but what if it starts the ball rolling in the right direction.

These Democrats/progressives/liberals/statists want to win/cheat, but they really DON’T want to get caught at it and face paying for their crimes. Bringing these unbelievable numbers out into the light of day is going to cause questions to be asked that could lead to uncomfortable answers.

And contacting Governors is EASY -— something each and every one of us can do with just a few minutes time. So why not???

Imagine the surprise on a Governor’s face when he is told that 1,000-2,000-3,000 calls/faxes/emails came in today from constituents asking him to publicly challenge the Governors in the fraud-ridden states of Colorado, Ohio, Florida, etc., to investigate, prosecute, and restore the integrity of our VOTE.

Don’t forget to contact the Governors’ campaigns as well. These guys want to get re-elected, and a campaign can certainly amplify a good idea if it looks like it has legs. Hearing it from us AND their campaigns cranks up the decibels.

Thank you for taking action to stop fraud. I believe the ony way to eliminate it is to completely purge voter rolls in every state and require ID to vote.

For those who think it’s a bogus issue, remember what damage ACORN did and that was one outlet.
