We Don't Need Obama's Birth Certificate (Mystery Solved?)
http://www.westernjournalism.com/we-dont-need-obamas-birth-certificate/ ^

We can drop this debate over his birth certificate because we have something even more valuable. We have his mother’s passport files.

Snip~

When Obama was young, children traveled as an addition to their parents’ passports.

Passport regulations required a photo of parent and child together, as well as a certified copy of a hospital birth certificate. State-issued IDs came much later.

If Obama was born in the United States, as everybody says, then there should be a photo of little Barack Obama with his mother, as well as a certified copy of his Hawaiian birth certificate in her file.

Surprise. There are no photos of little Barack Obama in the file. And of course, there is no birth certificate from any hospital in Hawaii.

Snip~

The obvious question is, who took him through US Customs and Immigration and helped him board the plane in Hawaii? And who brought him back?

The only mention of little Barack Obama is when his mother tried to renew her passport at the US Consulate in Jakarta a few years later. We see evidence of that in the file.

She tried to trick the passport office. She went to the US Consulate in Jakarta and wrote “Barack Obama” in the section where you add your child. She thought, like we did, that they were going to add him to her passport, no questions asked.

They probably laughed and asked her how her son got to Jakarta without a US Passport.

When she failed to go get this Hawaiian birth certificate and retake her photo, the Passport Office crossed out his name.

Obamatollah is fraudulent as they come.

Faker than a wooden eye.

In the mounds of his forged documents, and the invisible pile of his missing documents, if we cannot demonstrate he’s a fraud, then why not just invite Kim Jong-il JR to become our president.

While I may not agree with the interpretation of "Natural Born"...it's a settled matter, he's President and the bell can't be unrung.

It's most definitely NOT a "settled matter" and will continue to be a problem until it becomes settled. Obama was sworn in as President, twice, and yes, most likely all his acts as President will be sustained even if he was and remains ineligible for the office. But that too, it not really settled.

Meanwhile, the word is "stuned" not "stunned". Look it up.

Maybe the voters and their electors should have been exposed to this argument before they decided that Obama meets the qualifications to be president.

Obviously, much too little, much too late.

Maybe we should ask that guy who accessed Omoslem’s passport records, then parked his car to meet someone about the subject, and got shot to death thru the driver’s side window.

If he’s not talking, maybe the 3 murdered gay choir members from Trinity Church can tell us something new about their fellow devout Christian, Barry Soetoro.

Stop...Momma was a citizen of the USA. That made him a citizen. He could have been born on Mars...

NOT TRUE!! According to the law at the stated time of Zer0's birth, she was not old enough to pass on citizenship if he were born outside the country. (Natural born citizenship is a whole other matter.) This was all gone over here at FR back in '08.

Then the question becomes this:

How did he travel TO Indonesia in the first place?

Is that why the passport info for years prior to 1965ish are MISSING??!!??

But wouldn’t there need to be some proof the kid was a us citizen, proof such as an official birth cert?

Not to mention that the parents were really his/her parents.

This is the biggest conjob in the history of our country. Maybe, we can prevent something like Obama from happening again.

Never heard of such a thing. Did a quick Google and could find no reference to this either (not saying it doesn't exist). Do you have a link to back-up this regulation?

Suggest you do some reading up on the difference between "U.S. citizen" vs. "natural-born U.S. citizen" (the latter being specified by the U.S. Constitution as a criterion for eligibility for the Presidency).

Hint: They aren't interchangeable.

Regards,

The Constitution require a natural born citizen as a primary requirement to hold the presidency. If he is born outside of the US he is not natural born. If one of his parents is a non-citizen at the time of his birth he is not natural born.

Do either of these disqualifiers apply to Barak?

Absolutely. We'd all like to see these passport records, but it seems that to try to do so may result in untimely death.

Wrong, this has been pointed out many times before on FR but still you don't get it. In 1961 the laws of the USA were such that if a child only had one citizen parent that parent had to meet certain standards(time length and age wise)in order for their child to be a US citizen if said child was born out of the country. Stanly didn't meet these requirements. Therefore, unless Bozo was born in the USA proper he is not a US citizen therefore he is not holding the office of President legally.

I hate to agree with Hillary's ...”What difference does it make?” No evidence of Obama’s ineligibility to be POTUS, no matter how concrete, would at this point make any difference. No one is going to embroil the country in the Constitutional crisis that would be caused by ruling Obama ineligible to have been POTUS. I an convinced that many in Washington know with varying degrees of certainty that Obama’s past would have either made him ineligible to be POTUS or at least so suspect as to be untrustworthy in the office. They are just waiting for his term in office to be up and move on. One bright side is that upcoming conservatives like Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio could now be considered for the Presidency. While I know the media will have a double standard they would have a problem questioning Cruz or Rubios’ eligibility without raising embarrassing questions about Obama.

I referred to them as “low information freepers” once and my post got yanked. Maybe “deliberately ignorant” would be better?

Exactly the reason I stopped posting on these threads a few years ago. There was such a plethora of research done back '08 that it became unbelievably tiresome to bring late comers or those that missed threads/replies up to date. (Unfortunately, I was feeling a little antsy today and chimed in.)

Even so, he had to give up his citizenry to attend an Indonesian school. The fact that he gave it up, even as a child, disqualifies him from running for President.

Roger that. Nothing to see here. Move along.

But, one thing that stands out is the “race” section of the “presented” birth cert. In 1961 the only thing that would have been entered in that slot would have been “Negro”. Not “african”, not “african-american”, not “black”, not “colored”, not “madingo”. You may have walked in to certain locations where they had seperate areas for “colored”, and seperate drinking fountains for “colored”. But on those docs there was only “Negro” as an option.
