The entire reason for Obamacare is to get the uninsured insurance. Now we're seeing those very people aren't taking the bait..
In prior years when I was not employed I’d buy a catastrophic care policy. It cost about a $1-1.5k for the year. It didn’t handle doctor’s visits or drugs, but if I broke my leg or (as happened) had a hernia, it was 80% covered. My out of pocket was about $2,500. (Which is what the whole bill should be except insurance skews things terribly.) But that policy is illegal now. So, I have nothing. Gosh, thanks Mr. President.

(CACKLE) GOOD OL' SUCKUP VALERIE "FORGOT" TO MENTION---those NOT enrolling are the self-same "underserved populations" for whom class-warrior Obama upended our entire healthcare delivery system.....which threw productive Americans w/ affordable plans into eternal healthcare chaos.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has not said how many blacks have enrolled, but California enrollment trends indicate Hispanic enrollment appears to be lagging, stoking fears that minority groups (the underserved) are not getting the message.........

Under the old system they were NEVER turned down - and took their medical needs to Hospital Emergency rooms where they received the best medical care for free... And the hospitals got to write the care off their taxes and struggling working class Americans paid for it all.......
(illegals don't need O/Care b/c illegals get free healthcare elsewhere, anytime they frickin' want it).
Republicans need to be alert----this "enrollment" scam is the way vote-crazed Obama connives to get illegals counted on voter rolls. NOTE WELL healthcare.gov is also a voter registration site. Tricky Democrats can easily plug in enrollees into their voter rolls.....and count them as votes on election day.

BOOKMARK THIS Each state's Secretary of State is required to check into all cases of reported voter fraud. Course a Dem won't. But many states have Repub Secy's of State. They should be notified about illegals registering via O/Care.....and fraudulently plugged into Democrat voter rolls.

Actually .. Obamacare is just the precursor for SINGLE PAYER HEALTHCARE .. just like the UK and Canada.
Remember one important thing .. the dems always tell you what they’re doing or thinking when you least expect it. The Secy of HHS said very casually (when the new healthcare program was bombing so badly), “... well the Republicans never wanted it to work in the first place”.
If people would just use Dr. Krauthamer’s “projection theory”, it would appear that the Secy really said, “WE NEVER WANTED IT TO WORK IN THE FIRST PLACE”. See how that works. I can give you another example if you prefer.
So .. the dems really don’t care if this plan works .. because they want “single payer” anyway. So, in a year or so, I expect the single payer will be put forth - that is unless the repubs get it together and take back the Senate and clean out more of the dems in the House, plus add a lot more conservatives (instead of moderates) and liberals.
I guess time will tell.
Obamacare is the ultimate honey pot to entice MORE illegal aliens into the United States. Think of all those new DEMOCRAT VOTERS, OLE OLE!!!!
I have been dealing with the “uninsured” for 35 years.
Like all groups, this one contains saints and sinners, heroes and villains, moms and dads, hard workers and lazy slobs.
The one feature that unites them all? They ain’t paying’ for this sh*t. They share a belief that what I do and what my teams do ought to be free, and so, for them, it is. Every once in a while, for a service of special value like a boob job, they will spontaneously pay something.
The idea that they could be gotten to pay for what, to them, is nothing - an “insurance policy” instead of a service, is so ludicrous that only idiots or PhDs could believe it.
Obamatrons have confused insurance policies with health care for so long that they convinced themselves of an absurdity.

"Obamacare" is not a health care service program at all. No one employed under PPACA delivers as much as an aspirin. Obamacare is a system of taxation, fines, and payments to bureaucrats, insurance companies, and minorities that does not provide for or deliver a single physician, nursing, or hospital service.
It will, almost surely, RESULT in "no healthcare services at all" in certain areas, because most of the money for bureaucrats, insurance companies, and minorities is belong diverted from paying for care, but it's very important to recognize, and to tell everyone who thinks otherwise, that this is not a service program in any way, shape, or form.
