Twitter users were quick to recall the Fox News barbs targeting Michelle Obama.
Commentator Tomi Lahren used an appearance on “Fox and Friends” Wednesday to declare she has “never seen a first lady be attacked like” Melania Trump has been, and that it’d be preposterous to think Fox News would have criticized former first lady Michelle Obama as vehemently.
“I have never seen a first lady be attacked like this, like Melania Trump has, for the good works and the good deeds that she has done,” Lahren said, responding to a jab made on Twitter by political commentator Ana Navarro on Monday.
Navarro ridiculed the first lady as having a “lack of self-awareness [and] any sense of shame” for speaking out against cyberbullying as her own husband, President Donald Trump, regularly uses Twitter to scorn, shame and berate others....

The press is never nice to Republican First Ladies - they even mocked Barbra Bush for having gray hair... Time to get real about who these people are... they NOT journalist - they’re democrat operatives.
She has a point, but Tomi’s quite young and doesn’t exactly remember a lot of First Ladies. I think she’s 24 or 25, which means she was born during the Clinton Administration.

Yes, poor Nancy was treated horribly. Seems that any wives of a Republican president are trashed...something that they never asked for or even wanted. But, for better or for worse...

Plus, Nancy and President Reagan were truly in love.
I remember that they were fond of referring to Pat Nixon as “Plastic Pat.”
