Presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden shrugged off a question Tuesday about taking a cognitive assessment test, which President Trump has challenged him to do — while misrepresenting what the test measures.
Joe Biden was asked by Errol Barnett of CBS News if he’d taken a cognitive test during an interview this morning. A flustered Biden responded by asking the black reporter if he’s a junkie. Biden also pulled out his signature “C’mon man” comment used to express outrage at anyone asking a question he won’t answer.
In an exchange with CBS’s Errol Barnett during a wide-ranging, multi-moderator interview at a conference of Black and Latino journalists, Biden balked at Barnett’s question about whether Biden had even taken an exam.
“No, I haven’t taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test?” responded Biden, who then posed a rhetorical analogy.
“C’mon man,” he chided Barnett. “That’s like saying, ‘You — before you got on this program you took a test where you’re taking cocaine or not, what do you think? Huh? Are you a junkie?’”

Though he said he was tested all the time. There should be immediate demands from everywhere that he takes an immediate cognitive test to determine his brain functioning. He can’t even remember what he says from tv appearance to tv appearance. Dan Bongino said a few days ago that his handlers are having real difficulty hiding it at this point. It’s very clear here with his demeanor and idiotic remarks.
Please share this article wherever you can. It is the only way we can work around their censorship and ensure people receive news about issues that Democrats and the mainstream media suppress.

What the heck are you saying about Trump’s financial and tax records? You wan’t to provide the Dems with fodder to use between now and the election pouring over every single line of his records looking for dirt, and twisting words to make it sound like there is something nefarious going on with the records while calling Trump corrupt or worse? Are you crazy?
Trump by law is NOT required to divulge his personal tax and financial records. It’s none of the public’s business and Trump has been audited by the IRS for the last 11 years. If there was any illegality to be found, in 11 year’s time they would have found it. Trump should never submit to the baying of the media mobs and the Dems to divulge anything that he doesn’t want to as long as he is following the law as to what he has to or doesn’t have to cough up to the masses. Geez, are you sure you’re a conservative or just politically naive?

Biden... The gift that just keeps on giving. The media will never repeat this, but Trump can use it in his commercials (and of course) the media will go nuts about it being untruthful.

The lamestream media will not be replaying this video... Imagine if you will though, Trump calling a black reporter a ‘junkie’... The media would explode with venom and hatred towards Trump... For sleepy Joe they will hide and ignore this video altogether.

I watched the video. Basementman said that he “hasn’t been tested” forgetting that he had previously said he was “tested all the time”. He also said he was “forward-looking” to debating Trump. He went on to stumble repeatedly over the word “fitness”. There was also some generalized slurring of his words throughout. That was only a 2-minute video.
I still think he’ll be better at the debate then most of us think, at least during the first 30 minutes, but then he’ll fade quickly. I wonder if he can actually stand-up for two hours. In 2008 they had stools on the stage and Clinton would retreat to her stool after answering a question.
Joe’s smile and laughter at odd times are part of his cover up. He’s also argumentative over things that should be straight forward. His brain is failing him and Joe is grappling with this. He is trying very hard to maintain his grip on things. Sometimes he can get by, but it doesn’t last very long.
Please see my comment @ 53. Dementia Joe just used the equivalent of the “N” word in responding to a black reporter at a conference of blacks and Latinos, a sure career killer for anybody else in any other context.
