VIDEO

For Shmucknunu it is beyond political. It is MENTAL. Yes, his extreme TDS is so severe that he is now attempting to keep President Donald Trump off the New Hampshire ballot in the presidential primary next year. News reports are now stating that it is the New Hampshire Secretary of State seeking legal advice on ABSURDLY blocking Trump from the primary ballot based on the 14th Amendment disqualifying officials who have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the USA from public office. Trump has not even been charged with either insurrection or rebellion but that hasn't stopped DESPERATE far left loonies from trying that politically weaponized lawfare to use that to keep him off the ballot in the general election in 2024. However, New Hampshire RINOs are also revealing themselves as crazed as the far left with the same attempt. Make no mistake about it, although it is the name of the New Hampshire Secretary of State in the news reports, it is definitely Shmucknunu behind this desperate and ILLEGAL attempt to keep Trump off the NH primary ballot.

If you doubt this, then check out these clips of Shmucknunu going full TDS. Also note that despite Shmucknunu's desperate wish that one of the other Republican presidential candidates would emerge from the Milwaukee debate, Trump REMAINS stronger than ever. As you can see, post-debate the News Nation anchor completely deflated the bloviating Shmucknunu by pointing out that Trump "stole the spotlight."

It is more than obvious that since the debate did not work out as Shmucknunu planned he is now attempting to 14th Amendment Trump off the New Hampshire ballot. Shmucknunu knows that Trump winning the nomination next year means his terminal TDS will send him straight to the Rubber Room.

The Constitution is full of examples where a person must have due process before a punishment can be meted out.

It is against the Constitution for a single person to unilaterally decide a punishment without due process.

Nobody has the Constitutional authority to keep someone off of a ballot for "insurrection" before a court process finds that person guilty of insurrection.

Message to the voters of New Hampshire.

If Pres Trump isn’t on the ballot, write him in. Simple and there’s nothing Sununu can do.

I’ve already seen pussy RINOs on FR today that think the 14th Amendment should be looked into because the NH’s Secretary of State has some questions. I’m tired of weak people that have zero fight in them.

What’s the difference between Dems and RINO’s again? I can’t think of any offhand.

Two things,
Does the Idiot remember anything from around 2016?

Second, Trump was still President when these events occurred. He would have to be impeached first.

Some red state should arrest Sununu on RICO charges. He’s clearly making illegal statements in order to steal an election.

RINOs are RINOs so they don’t have to campaign in areas with poorer, darker-skinned people. That’s so gauche.

Little-known fact—New Hampshire for years has been the go-to retirement mecca for millions of New York City pensioners of a particular political persuasion retiring on full pay at an early age from such civil service jobs as police, fire, sanitation, transportation, etc. New Hampshire is loaded with these freeloading two-hundred-thousand a year bus drivers whose contracts destroyed New York’s working class with all the taxes which were needed to fund all those union-goon retirement benefits. So this is no surprise.

It appears this Messner guy is pushing this.

From Breitbart:

“New Hampshire attorney Bryant “Corky” Messner, whom Trump previously endorsed in New Hampshire’s 2020 U.S. Senate race, is apparently responsible for getting the idea on Scanlan’s radar. Messner recently announced plans to sue to ensure Scanlan enforces the Fourteenth Amendment against Trump.”

” , shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion ”

. Trump need not be convicted of a crime for the 14th to be applied, just enough people need to buy into “engaged” and “insurrection”. This is exactly why the word “insurrection was chosen to describe the riot that occurred.

I knew an old man who had been a communist partisan in Albania in WW2. As a boy, he had Enver Hoxha as his schoolteacher. After the war, it was my friend’s job to try people accused of fascism — collaboration with The Axis powers. He endeavored to have fair trials and acquitted people he thought were not guilty. His superiors asked him about the acquittals and he told them that there was no evidence that those people were guilty. No, his superiors told him, all of those accused of fascism were guilty, and they suggested that he might be a fascist too. Seeing the writing on the wall, my friend escaped to Greece during its civil war, took refuge in a church and became a Christian, and eventually got to America where he had a good life.

I wish he were still around because I would like to ask him his opinion about certain aspects of our legal system.
