These are people who truly wear their hatred on their sleeves like a badge of honor. Not even just about Reagan but about a lot of things. If you don't agree with their philosohpy then you do not even deserve to live, according to them. All because they are the smartest, most compassionate people in the world whould could solve every problem in the world if only they could do away with any dissenting viewpoint in one form or another. Their hipocrisy is STAGGERING. That leads me to a point I want to make: If you ever want to know what the far lefties are up to, just listen to what they are accusing everybody else of.. you can bet the FARM that's that's exactly what they're getting into.
I normally get a good chuckle out of DU, but today (and actually often lately) their vileness and absolute loathing for anything other than themselves has gotta such an annoyance, I don't even really read their site anymore.
I don't agree with everything on Free Republic either, don't get me wrong, but the lefties are some really vindictive people in thin disguises. The threads about Reagon on further prove that they're hate is masked only by a thin layer of psuedo-compassion.

I just read a few of them too. I don't know why. Maybe for the same reason as when you have a toothache, your tongue is irresistable drawn to press on it once in a while, even though it gives you a sharp pain. That being said, most of the cretins over at Communist Underground are the most vile, hate-filled, paranoid and childish folks it has ever been my displeasure to come across. Nothing I've ever seen posted on this site even comes close. The whole lot of them over there combined couldn't make a pimple on Ronald Reagans backside. In fact, they'd have to stand on their mama's shoulder just to kiss his ass. If any of them would like to discuss it with me face to face, just quit lurking and PM me and I'll be happy to arrange a meeting.

At FR, we have rules of posting, various groups devoted to different interests (vetrens, religion, news/activism, etc), don't require one to donate money to use functions on the site, don't swear every third word, etc.
At DU, there is so much rabid hatred and lies it boggles the mind. It's like watching to old news-reels of the German NAZI party and Hitler with all of his hatred and bile....and realizing this IS the Democratic Party!!!! Hence my tagline, which has upset more than one leftist.

What's really sad and pathetic is how many of them attribute the deaths of their friends from AIDS to Ronald Reagan instead of the their friends' own sexual behavior. Since the DUers linked to this thread, they should realize that those people made a choice. President Reagan didn't order them to go have unprotected sex.
The most pathetic is their argument that it's okay for them to act like classless animals because they 'just know' that we'll do the same when one of their icons passes away. And here they've whined all this time about pre-emptive strikes. Some have even gone as far as to argue that because we found them to be distasteful in their politicizing of a memorial (to the point of booing Republicans who came to pay their respects), it somehow is payback to once again treat the dead with disrespect.
If nothing else, it will serve to show decent Americans just how far on the fringe these people are.
The Left only believes in freedom of speech for themselves...Most of them, when I ask (or even when I don't), believe conservatives should be sent to prison or re-education camps (at the minimum). Some leftists I spoke with seem to think Concentration camps or plain murder is a better fate for us. Another reason for my tagline.
And I got to put up with this through college..... Now these same "tolerant" leftists are threatening military families in the US. Since I am in the Army, and my wife is pregnant, I find myself taking these threats more seriously.
