Is there a guide for all these acronyms?

Please pardon my ignorance, but.... Even though I've been using the Net for over 12 years,
I often find myself flummoxed by all the acronyms being used. Is there a good online dictionary
to help feeble old men such as myself.

I don't know the font I'm using, but I am on white background and black characters. Slings and Arrows said it looks a little fuzzy. So, I think I should change the font, but which proportional font, and how?

Don't feel bad, just hang in there and stand your ground.
I find that sarcasm works very well. When a legend-in-his-own-mind type wants to impress us with a vegetable-soup of acronyms, (isn't being an "insider" wonderful?) I just demand that he repost the damned thing in English.
The latest for me was MSM. I refused to play.
