That's the "in-food-ition" from a Los Angeles psychic named Malena, who says eating proteins like cheese and bacon before a psychic reading helps you tune in and listen to psychic messages more effectively than going hungry.

Okay, I admit it, that was a plug for one of my favorite but little-known cheeses. Some of my friends call it "baby's butt" cheese because of the aroma. The flavor not only pleases the palate, it sticks around for a long time. Ah, the allure of strong cheeses.
