Will they show it? Or will they chicken out and instead play Terrence and Phillip: Not Without My Sphincter?

Cartman reaches the Family Guy Studios and learns the shocking secret behind the Family Guy writing staff!

I’m hoping for some Apocolypse Now parody, that ends with Cartman calling in the napalm to “kill them, kill them all”.

The Family Guy sucks. I got your back, Fatboy.

The last thing said in last week's episode:

"Will Comedy Central puss out?"

Parker and Stone intend to further skewer radical Moslems and to show a negative cartoon depiction of Muhammed. The whole Family Guy thing is symbolic of the whole South Park thing. I suspect that there's a lot more at play here than what is depicted in the episode. So, the question that will be answered tonight is, WILL Comedy Central puss out? You know, like they did with the Tom Cruise/Scientology re-broadcast?

Well, Stewie hasn't made chili out of his enemies' parents but he's killed quite a few people.

They're both diabolical. It's Lex Luther vs. Blofeld.

There is no way Family Guy will not show Muhammad in this episode! Everyone would accuse them of being wimps. The writers of Family Guy (John Smith and John Smith) will not be intimidated by Islamic radicals!

Ten bucks says that the Family Guy writers are Muslims themselves, and so able to make all the Muslim jokes they want according to the Seinfeld rule.

For me, that wouldn't really make sense. First off, Danish cartoon violence notwithstanding, per Muslim rules, it's only Muslims that are not supposed to depict the prophet in anyway. So if the writers are Muslim, this would especially be a problem for other Muslims, and possibly cause rioting.

Also, there really hasn't been any jokes per se about Muslims at this point in the fake Family Guy episode. So the whole "only Jews can rag on Jews, Muslims on Muslims, blacks on blacks, etc" thing isn't really applicable.

Agreed. Stewie schemes, Cartman 'does'.

Stewie can only look up to Cartman as a role model.

Muslims is a possibility. Other possibilities:
the aliens that were using earth as a reality show
or to drive home the idea that Family Guy is just like Cartman the writers could be Cartman's dad (the Denver Broncos)
and we can't rule out crab people, we know they're behind Queer Eye

No, no, no! It's Saddam! He was the evil genius behind the "Christmas in Canada" episode. It makes too much sense. He's a favorite of South Park but there hasn't been a peep about his trial on the show.

I dunno. Cartman has evolved from an Archie Bunker figure to a Sgt.Bilko-like figure. Maybe his real name is Ira Kortman and he's just pretending to be anti-Semetic.

My prediction is that Parker and Stone will portray themselves as the Family Guy writers, since FG is the South Park universe's South Park. They might go the extra mile of revealing Stone's jewishness, or possibly portray themselves as hippies.

If South Park does pull the pin on this grenade and decides to offend Muslims worldwide, Stone's background will be a big part of the uproar.
