he’s changing dates, because most of his story is as tall as Paul Bunyan - he can’t remember what he’s said and tells different versions for different times
his original version of his meeting ANS in 2003, was she was ‘cold and distant’ and not interested in him - blew him off basically - that was changed in Feb to she was ‘heavy’ (fat) and he was the one who wasn’t interested - by 2004 she had ‘slimmed down’ he says
his original version of the pregnancy was that it was unplanned, and he didnt want her pregnant until she got off the drugs - that was changed in Oct after he hired Opri to a well=planned pregnancy not once, but twice (jan 2005/jan 2006)

I’ve noticed on this board that when a ‘comment’ is taken, the posters here, for the most part at least, are nice enough to attribute the site it came from, if not the specific poster. It’s too bad the other sites don’t do the same for us, taking into consideration that apparently some people post at more than one board anyway.
I’ve ocassionally checked out some other boards as they are mentioned here, but I only post on this one because: one) there are consistently more people who are ‘current’ on what’s going on, and less of bringing others ‘up to speed’ just to keep things going, and, two) are less strictly-legal types who want only legal arguments and no speculation at all.
I really don’t care if anything I post shows up here or elsewhere under someone elses name - (won’t be the first time I’ve seen it happen), because what I, personally want, is to get the information out the best way I can, and if someone copies it, well, at least it’s out there, you know? Sometimes I may get it wrong, but sometimes
I can see some things that aren’t noticeable at first - like the neosporin, or the particular bacteria ANS was injected with and how rare it really is, or a discrepancy between this statement and that statement, etc. Knowing that topic-specific boards ARE monitored for just such ‘wait-a-minute’ revelations, it’s simply my own way of quietly and annonymously helping without profiting in any way, so if what I post gets repeated here or elsewhere, good deal.
that said, there are others who would like to be, and should be, recognized for their research (and there’s no problem with that either) and for them, it would be nice to see other boards (or posters who go from here to posting elsewhere and back again) at least acknowledge the intelligent and extensive research others have accomplished on this FreeRepublic thread and mention it as THEIR source once in a while - it’s only polite, after all.

That one steals all Rte’s work, actually anyone’s work they can get their hands on, NEVER gives credit for it, worse, takes all the credit and compliments as if it is there work and finally ..... and makes up a lot more they NEVER verify! Tons of assumptions like facts.
Some boards don’t allow you to copy other boards. Fine, but the nice decent way around it is to contact the original poster at the other board, ASK permission (most don’t mind sharing) and then post it with proper credit where you found it and that you have their permission to use it.
It is about the deceit. Taking the credit and compliments even saying thank you! It is a Howard tactic and it is low down. If someone spent hours of their time, the very least common decent people could do is credit that time. Obviously if the information is out there, they could spend their own hour after hour if they want the credit finding it. If they are going to steal and cut and paste, at the very least say I found it, it isn’t mine and don’t take sleezy credit that isn’t their’s. Howard never credits the team of attorney’s that have worked hard for years on Anna’s case either. Scum.
Calling the fees “unnecessary, unauthorized, unreasonable and excessive,” the two filed in a Broward County court to stop Miami lawyer Richard Milstein from collecting.
“It’s outrageous,” said Nancy Hass, Birkhead’s Hallandale Beach-based counsel. “I’m a guardian ad litem, too, and I always reduce my fees when I deal with children. A lot of work produced (by Milstein) was unnecessary.”
Added Stern’s attorney, PBG’s Krista Barth: “That’s $900 an hour! People believe the baby is rich. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Mr. Milstein even charged for another lawyer at his firm to go to Anna’s funeral.”
Back in February, when ANS died of an accidental legal-drug overdose at the Seminole Hard Rock, the Dannielynn Hope Irrevocable Trust was established to pay for ANS’ funeral. The rest was supposed to support the 1-year-old girl as she waits for her mom’s still-tied-up-in-court $500 million inheritance.
The trust’s sources, according to records, were media that paid for “exclusive” interviews and a seat at the funeral.
As of today, according to court papers, $200,000 is left. Milstein wants $175,000 for his guardianship work and another $22,000 for being the fund’s trustee. That role, Barth said, is a conflict of interest.
Goofy Broward Judge Larry Seidlin, who has since quit, asked Milstein to represent Dannielynn’s interests in picking a burial place for her mom. But what should have been a two-hour hearing dragged on, most of it live on national TV.
The usually talkative Milstein didn’t return calls but e-mailed: “The three weeks of work entailed the work of five people, not just myself, in order to handle the multiple details involved in handling the trial and funeral arrangements.”

Bain: She wanted to set up this meeting with the nannies so she could actually say and look good that she met them.
she told me to get a hotel to have the meeting and the nannies...She said she wanted to appear on my show.
I contacted the attorney, their attorney, and I told her what Rita wanted but the attorney was ‘very annoyed’ and the nannies (also)...that [Rita] would come looking for them after she was $60Million in trouble.
Bian called attorney and told her of the proposal [for $1,000 for hotel expenses, other expenses related to affidavit] and she said, no, the nannies are not interested.
But play along with her, negotiate with her to make it believable, record every conversation you have with her, and we’re going to deal with her appropriately we’re going to take it to the authorities and take it to the media and expose this nonsense..to protect the nannies...if a woman would write a whole book, best-selling book, and not check the facts, not attempt to speak to the person she’s quoting, she’s not the type of person you can trust. [Bain states the nannies’ lawyer wanted it recorded].
Bain: After she did my show on Saturday, the meeting that was supposed to be with the nannies, I said, Rita I set up the meeting, in the hotel conference room like you asked but of course, the hotel conference room there will be expenses..we have to pay for the hotel and whatever
Bain says Rita said, why should I pay for that when I came to offer them $1,000 to share so that they can come to the US to testify against HKS on her behalf so that they can give her an affidavit and a number of other things that she required of this $1,000.

she didn’t know until after we had an altercation and I told her I had the tapes
She was supposed to leave on Saturday [after the altercation] but she stayed and kept calling me, offering ME a $15,000 [magazine] deal [to facilitate setting up the meeting]. On Monday, we set up the ‘sting’ operation - I called the media out and she got caught ‘red-handed’

Mark Geragos - Yes They should have investigated before Calif did - clearly Calif has primary jurisdiction but the ultimate act, death, happened in their jurisdiction
Perper: true, death happened here and that’s why we performed the autopsy and investigation - legal points tht you’d have to qualify(?) to the FL authorities
Mark Geragos: the problem is if you have doctors prescribing to people...a creative AG could find a way to attach liability...Why are they doing an autopsy to determine rx drug overdose if they’re not going to do
anything about it, if it is??
Perper: No evidence of criminal activities - who would justify that - in this case the Florida licensed doctor (?) who prescribed med which were used
Geraldo: it’s an accident, but there were 11 bottles at her bed? She overdoses from a drug combination, somebody was giving it to her, handed it to her is that person not under some suspicion of at least negligent or reckless contact ?
Perper - My investigation revealed accidental death. If there are other issues where some one sould be sued for improper medical care,
Ryan Smith - I don’t think he understands that it happened there. KE travels with them, writes prescriptions - to say there is no criminality is just naive
Perper - I didn’t say it was not criminality - we did the autopsy - the legal branch should decide what they should do
Don Clark - clearly evidence of a black bag of drugs in somone elses name.. this woman wasn’t capable of giving shots or taking medications by herself - it’s ludicrious
Paul Peressi - I talked to AG Brown - I called him - I felt the interview that took place between Bain and nannies would be helpful to the investigation - I sent that interview to him and explained to him some of the things on that tape - [Geraldo: how did Brown respond?] He was very receptive and I’m not going to say shocked, but he wanted that tape right away. I pointed out that on the tape HKS forged checks, according to nannies, and on the tape the nannies make the point that HKs managed the drugs, made sure she was taking drugs, but wasn’t too concerned about her nourishment and that’s what had made me concerned
Don Clark - these drugs are really pinnacle...we can’t look at this and say this was all an accident - two people died under similar circumstances. We got Howard saying he gave her the drugs, her caretaker, this doesn’t make sense

God took my mom last week at age 90 after a brief illness but as of yesterday, I have a new grandson, Sean Bryant.
My prayers will be for Virgie and Dannielynn this morning. She has lost a daughter and a grandson and is being denied the love of Dannielynn.

I don't know why LB keeps harping about Jackie Hatten not being in Anna's life - the small fact that Nygard collaberates that Hatten and ANS were in contact, (not to mention Hatten's phone bills can also prove this), should have given him a clue that what HKS 'TOLD' him to say about Jackie is wrong, and makes him look, quite frankly, like a stupid parrot squawking. IMO lol

I wonder if Shane’s bill was paid by Milstein? I’m assuming that Chris Carver’s bill was paid by Milstein and could be ‘expensed’. (Also, Seidlin ordered Perper to accompany the body - don’t know if that would be covered under anything other than the State).
Milstein was appointed ‘GAL’ - but there was actually a second attorney, Shane Kelley, that was appointed by Seidlin to make the actual decision on where to bury ANS

I think you got it wrong. Milstein was given custody of the body.
