No--each letter or number, capitalized or lower case, has the same number of bits to the ASCI byte that makes up that letter or number.
BUT IT'S ANNOYING TO READ ALL CAPS AND IT SEEMS LIKE A PERSON IS ANGRY WHEN HE/SHE USES ALL UPPERCASE.

While I know NOTHING about the caps thing...I do recall (I think) someone “high up” here, one time, say that even pics don’t use up more bandwidth as far as this forum goes.
I think.
Who knows.
