Thorfinn: Yes, Mother.
Thorfinn's Mum: And something to sharpen them with?
Throfinn: Yes, Mum.

I think it’s really too bad that kilts can’t be a little more mainstreamed back into common use. Ever seen those “Utilikilts”??

Yup - the tartan skirt is a kilt - but the guy wearing it is a celt;) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celts Celts (pronounced /ˈkelts/ or /ˈselts/, see names of the Celts; the most common academic usage is with a velar "c", pronounced as "k"), is a modern term used to describe any of the European peoples who spoke, or speak, a Celtic language.[1] The term is also used in a wider sense to describe the modern descendants of those peoples, notably those who participate in a Celtic culture. Today, the term 'Celtic' is generally used to describe the languages and respective cultures of Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, the Isle of Man and Brittany, also known as the Six Celtic Nations. These are the regions where four Celtic languages are still spoken to some extent as mother tongues: Irish Gaelic, Scottish Gaelic, Welsh, and Breton plus two recent revivals, Cornish (one of the Brythonic languages) and Manx (one of the Goidelic languages).

Let’s see. There was Harold Bluetooth, Svein Forkbeard, Eric Bloodaxe, Harald Fairhair. But this guy must be rlated to either Ragnar Lothbrok [Hairy Britches] or his son Ivar the Boneless [doesn’t match up].

Groundskeeper Willie: “Now, the kilt was only for day-to-day wear. In battle, we donned a full-length ball gown covered in sequins. The idea was to blind your opponent with luxury.”

'I hope you have a good alibi...'

Uh......well, I'm only 45, but I'd otherwise be in a legal pickle, wouldn't I? Makes me think of that scene in 'Porky's':

'We call the police, and we have 'em send over one of their sketch artists.

And Miss Balbricker can give a description.

We can put up "Wanted" posters all over school.

"Have you seen this prick?"

"Report immediately to Beulah Balbricker".

"Do not attempt to apprehend this prick as it is armed and dangerous".

"It was last seen hanging out in the girls' locker room at Angel Beach High School".

Last sentence of the article: “Police filed a request for an indecent exposure hearing.”

“Hearing”?

I didn’t know those things could talk!
