Where in the world is Barack Obama’s birth certificate?
Orange County Conservative Examiner ^ | July 23, 2009 | Gregory Dail

Posted on 07/24/2009 5:08:58 AM PDT by real_patriotic_american

For the last week the OCCE (Orange County Conservative Examiner) has plowed through many of the complaints and reports on Obama’s birth certificate. Like many Americans we felt that despite the partisanship of our leaders that no Democrat or Republican would let someone run for the highest office in the land that was unconstitutionally unqualified. There is a reason they’re called vital records.

However, to the OCCE does surprise and chagrin we found merit to the claim and disappointment that the POTUS has thumbed his nose at Americans want reassurance. Despite the zealots that are involve there are points that should be clarified by the Whitehouse and end the conspiracy theories and controversy. If the Whitehouse had any empathy for Americans it would understand the concern we have since we have seen rampant corruption in Washington and criminals like Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and Charlie Rangle retain their seats.

We have collected the issues we feel are germane, we’ll identify them and provide you with links to the document if available. We urge the POTUS to end this matter by coming clean with his long-form certificate of live birth and release holds on his records in Hawaii and his post secondary schools and institutions of higher learning.

· A birth certificate was photo-shopped and placed on Obama’s campaign site that turned out to be his sisters.

· Another version of a “Certification of Live Birth” was released and short and inferior form. Video link comments by Ron Paul

· Hawaii's Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.

· Obama claimed he was born in Kapi'olani Medical Center in a letter to the hospital but told UPI Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, a claim backed up by his sister Maya but the contradicted by UPI in two separate articles.

· Obama’s Grandmother, Sarah Obama, in Kenya claims she attended his delivery at a Mombosa hospital, audio interview is linked.

· Forged Selective service registration that received little to no press.

The data and information is formidable and the OCCE in Part 2 will show you a list of documents that other President’s have released that Obama has not and even had them sealed. We’ll give you as many links as we can so that you can review and make you own decisions.

Where in the world is Barack Obama’s birth certificate?

Dunno how they record a birth in Africa, maybe with a village elder . . . or something?

Check with the tribal witch doctor. He'll surely recall the baby born of a white trash mama.

Obama's birth makes one recall the rapper's cry: "Yo mama!"

I would like to see a bunch of State Legislatures write laws that candidates for ALL public office MUST prove eligibility for office BEFORE their name is added to the ballot. If enough States would do this then Obambi would have to come clean before he could run again.

We don't need anymore stining laws!
We need to enforce the ones we have!

Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution clearly states that the President must be a natural born citizen.

It is up to him to show he is qualified.

· Hawaii's Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.

I totally believe that Obama is hiding something, but this is an inaccurate statement. Lingle didn't do anything special, the same law that applies to all birth certificates in Hawaii applies to whatever birth certificate (if any) on file in Hawaii....nobody can have access except for specific reasons. The story was first reported this way on World Net Daily and the governors office asked for a retraction.

I personally believe the COLB floating around on the internet is a fake and if a real COLB were requested it would show something very different than what Obama is claiming.

I’d also like to see his college admission applications, to see what nationality he checked.

And I’d like to see the passport info from his long trip to Pakistan.

I’ll agree to that (if we can’t impeach him first).

“Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution clearly states that the President must be a natural born citizen.” I think that if there is a requirement then it is implcit that proof be provided. I can’t understand how a country so great as the USA has let this slip for so long - I suppose up until now it has always been assumed that no-one would be that underhanded or stupid to try it.

What gets me with all this denial is that he doesn’t offer to show the original and shut everybody up. The fact that the matter is stonewalled and tap danced around tells me he has a problem.

State Legislatures write laws that candidates for ALL public office MUST prove eligibility for office BEFORE their name is added to the ballot.

They could call them "Øbama's Law."

It would be his "legacy."

I agree! They need to subpoena both Obama’s original birth certificate and his COLB. Could lead to proving felony forgery among other things.

I personally believe the COLB floating around on the internet is a fake and if a real COLB were requested it would show something very different than what Obama is claiming.”

Word has it that Obama attended Occidental College as Barry Soetoro and as a foreign student.

And I’d like to see the passport info from his long trip to Pakistan.”

They left out the bit about the blurb about his birth in the Honolulu paper. There is no evidence that he ever lived at the address listed and there’s no chance that his family would have been able to afford the address listed.

Yes, the Constitution gave the Supreme Court it’s power. They now need to enforce it.

Subject aside, this is some of the most atrocious writing I've seen in awhile. Doesn't anyone proofread this stuff before it goes on line?

Yes, the newspaper ads, if they are even authentic, don’t prove birth in Hawaii. As you mentioned, they don’t match up with the actual addresses listed.

I want to know something. Back in 2000, the election results were held up for quite a while over hanging chads. If I remember right, it was something like three weeks. How come, first, on election night, the press called the election exactly at 11 PM EST just in time for the late local news. And second, why was this guy innagurated when there were several lawsuits over his eligibility swirling around. Just seems to me that eligibility is a much more important issue than pregnant chads and they would have wanted to settle this issue to put it to bed. Just asking. Still doesn’t make sense.

“Forged Selective service registration that received little to no press.” This is pretty bad if true. Shouldn’t that be against the law. Far worse than GWB skipping out early on the National Guard.

Notice....as his popularity rateings go down....this issue become stronger......

Just working on informing the public on what he has done to the economy....drive his popularity rateing into the 25% range......at that point more and more will be receptive to this idea

Strange that they would put a bill in sponsered by both Hillary and Obama regarding McCain’s birth.

Worse, those newspaper announcements are phoned in by new parents. Where a call might be originating is of no concern. Anyone, anywhere, could have made that call. So newspaper announcements are no proof of anyhting regarding a person's birth or nationality. They prove only that an announcement was in some paper - nothing more - Sorry, Morning Joe. Just another liberal canard, an ACORN trick.

Correct! And this violation of the Constitution is far worse than Watergate, Clinton/Llewsinsky and Andrew Jackson.

A birth certificate was photo-shopped and placed on Obama’s campaign site that turned out to be his sisters.

I hadn't heard it was his sister's before. Has that been confirmed? If so, it just add fuel to the fire that there's something nefarious going on here.

LOL to both of you. I thought it was my glasses. I particularly liked this sentence:

"However, to the OCCE does surprise and chagrin we found merit to the claim and disappointment that the POTUS has thumbed his nose at Americans want reassurance. "

Where to start?

"...If enough States would do this then Obambi would have to come clean before he could run again. ..."

Actually, it would take only one or two populous states to do this. Not eligible to run in CA, FL, or TX, and he's done.

Maybe this is blindingly obvious and has been tried, but why doesn’t someone just hire a private investigator in Kenya to go and look for evidence of a Kenyan birth?

If the evidence on this side is flimsy and/or hidden, then why not look for it at the other end? The British kept pretty decent records, and there must at least be a chance to find something if it is there to be found.

So if the Governor of Hawaii has his BC under seal then we have to assume that there is one but zero just doesn’t want us to see it?

This man is so arrogant - he thinks something in his BC that makes him ashamed overrides our right to know if he’s constitutionally qualified to be our POTUS with the power over our lives.

He is one very screwed up person. I thought Bill Clinton was nuts but at least he didn’t hate himself....AFAIK.

Didn’t that guy from WND go to Kenya looking for documentation - Jerome someone - I think he has a PhD in something. He got detained, then released, said he’d have a big press conference and then that fizzled out to nothing...

Seemed that either there aren’t records of BO’s birth there or they’re hidden.

I really think that this is the way to clear this issue up. Obambi has no hold on the state legislatures and who can argue with the notion you should prove who you are before you run for public office.

A couple of red states need to take this up.

Check out member “polarik” and his article on how Obama’s COLB is a forgery. Forgery of a government document is a felony.

Last night on Lou Dobbs, Dobbs claimed that the state of Hawaii destroyed the long form birth certificate when they went to electronic format eight years ago. Did anyone else hear this? If so, why isn't the long form available electronically? Or are they now claiming that they only have the short form?

I believe there are three possible scenarios here:

1) BO is not a U.S. citizen 2) BO is a US citizen but his certificate includes embarrassing information 3) BO is a US citizen but will not release certificate so conservatives focus on this issue instead of his proposed legislation

The Constitution clearly states that one must be a natural born citizen (rather than simply a citizen) to serve as President per Article 2, Section 1. Obama might be a citizen, but likely is not a natural born citizen. The 14th Amendment describes a natural born citizen. What Dobbs said would draw questions from me. The COLB does NOT prove natural born citizenship.
