Pack dogs don’t wear collars. This is a BS ‘made-up’ story.

A hound dog with a leash who is supposed to go home to his pack. Really?

This occurred at The Institute of Greatly Endangered and Rare Species (TIGERS) in Myrtle Beach, SC.

From the non-southern accents on the video and the noticeably long leash on the hound dog, something tells me these dislocated yankees have too much time on their hands,

Who is funding this "institute" anyway? Hound dogs are indigenous; oranutangs are not. They would be rare and endangered in any county in SC. Hence the funding could go on forever.
