Appears to be 10:49 in the morning. There's no am or pm designation on the security camera so it's probably set to a 24 hour "military time" clock. Plus, there's a lot of ambient light coming from outside.

I'm guessing that the dude probably woke up still drunk from the night before, slammed a few more beers (and maybe smoked some weed) to take the pain away and then went out to get more alcohol. By the time he got to the store, the new alcohol had mixed with the last night's alcohol still in his bloodstream and left him completely smashed.

It's called a "lost weekend" for good reason.

Walked out the gate of Subic Bay Naval Base fully dressed on a Friday afternoon with $300 in my pocket.
Remember just fine till about 11:00 PM.
Woke up in a ditch Sunday afternoon wearing a pair of shorts, flip flops on my feet, 5 pesos and my Military ID in my pocket, 40 miles from the base.

Never again.
