We have all read about road rage in big metropolitan cities like like LA, NY, and Chicago, where some nut has gotten fed up with the traffic, so he goes berserk and either does damage to other vehicles, or pulls out a gun to shoot those whom he perceives as the problem. But have you ever seen a dog commit road rage?

Well in this video you will see a dog in a man's way on a road, but instead of moving out of the way, the dog decided to tear off the man's license plate from his car. When I first watched this video I thought it was set up, because the plate seemed to came off much too easy. However, I remember a friend of mine when I was younger who used sandwich bag tie wraps to hold the license plate on his vehicle, and it was constantly falling off. So I guess it could be real. Also, if the dog are his and this was all set up for a video moment, then what does it say about the guy when he finally takes off almost running over the dogs in his way.

Well, I'll let you be the judge. Is it real or not?

That’s an animatronic dog. My neighbor has one and he’s always leaving little batteries on my lawn.

George Tirebiter (d. 1950), USC's mascot, would be proud

I never knew they had a dog for a mascot. Do they still, or have they replaced it with a fig leaf or something like the tree that is Stanford’s mascot?

You know the old saying about a dog not knowing what to do when it finally catches a car? I guess that’s not necessarily true.

Now the guy goes to the DMV.

“Sir, you say you need a replacement tag?”
“Yeah.”
What happened to your old tag?”
“A dog ate it.”
(Pause)
“Ohhhh, kay.”

Goerge Tirebiter got his name from chasing cars on University Avenue--when it was still a thoroughfare. He died after being hit by a car.

Traveler, an Arabian horse, is our mascot today.

Hey, That guy is abusing that mascot!

Aught to be a law against riding mascots.

Maybe we can get the next generation to get the horse trampling the man underfoot.

That will teach those evil mean humans.

I don’t know, but someone needs to photoshop an Obama sticker on that tag! :)

Maybe Traveler, the Arabian horse mascot of USC should be painted in prison strips....considering the NCAA sanctions of late?
