Authorities say a New Jersey woman told them she was carjacked to cover up the fact that her car crashed because she was having sex...

Police say she later admitted she picked up a man and let him drive, and the car crashed into a tree while they were engaged in a sex act. Officers say the car had been set on fire.

...She has refused to identify the man.

About 50 years ago, while I was in grammar school, the local area CHP pulled off the highway, and parked way out in the brush; and so did the wife of a local Forest Service ranger. The hood of the CHP car was clean; and the brush shielded them from prying eyes...except from the lookout tower on top of a nearby mountain.

The person manning the lookout saw the CHP car pull into & park in the odd spot, got curious, and then also recognized her car.

There was no mistaking what happened next, on the hood of the patrol car.

The lookout radioed the hubby, and the rest, as they say, is history.
