[Conservative Republican?] Heidi Montag Now Wants Massive Breast Implants Taken Out

Nine months after bragging that she looked and felt the best she ever had after having 10 cosmetic surgical procedures done in one day, Heidi Montag has changed her tune.

Now she says she's in constant pain, and she wants her fake G-cups removed.

There's just one problem. And it's a doozy.

The plastic surgeon who did the work, Dr. Frank Ryan, died last week when his car plunged off the Pacific Coast Highway as at least one friend says he was driving while texting.

"I feel trapped in my own body," Heidi tells this week's issue of Life & Style magazine. "There's just no fixing it. Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything."

Montag tells the magazine that she has been in constant pain since the procedures.

"I was taking painkillers but they weren't working so I stopped. It hurt either way," she said. "I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs."

"I'm desperate to go back to normal," she added. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."

Wait, double-D is "normal" for Heidi? Not according to this before-and-after pic.

Heidi Montag has cleverly figured out a way to make the fact that her plastic surgeon drove off a cliff into a sympathetic story about her, that will get her on the covers of magazines along with the words “G-cup”.
