The Mexican (Sonoran) Hot Dog is one of the unhealthiest, most decadent and delicious creations on the planet. Truly a heart attack on a bub.

Yum!

My family LOVES bacon wrapped hot dogs!

The boys prefer theirs with a fried egg and cheese while I like mine with sour cream and avacado.

They’re called Sonoran Dogs and they can’t be the official dog of anyplace not in the Sonoran Desert.

I recall you post baseball threads.
I guess your ballpark doesn’t serve hot dogs?
Ours does, and they are Farmer John hot dogs.
Baseball is America’s game and hot dogs are Americana too.
Maybe you’re a food snob, or I’m mistaken that you don’t post about baseball and ONLY, EXCLUSIVELY discuss politics here..............

NOT a Mexican original dish.....I first made one in 1972 after looking at a cookbook written for newlyweds....(actually, my wife got it from a Polish lady).

You have just defined one of my projects for the weekend.

Bacon-wrapped hotdogs. With onions and chili. Hell yeah.

And jalapenos. And beer.

Threads about deep-fried beer and bacon-wrapped hot dogs all in one day.

I've gotta get home.
