A Butler County judge today sentenced a teenager to 28 years for raping his neighbor. A judge found Alex Ramirez guilty after the teen pleaded "no contest" to the charges against him.
Ramirez was 14 years old when he broke into a Liberty Township woman's home this past January and raped the 64 year old victim. The woman said Ramirez had a gun and after the brutal sexual assault, he forced her to drive him to the ATM to withdraw cash. But they never made it to the ATM-Ramirez ended up jumping out of the victim's car and running off with her purse. Footprints in the snow later led police to his home, which is just around the corner from the victim's.
Ramirez faced a maximum of 73 years in prison at his sentencing today. He and the victim both spoke to the court before the judge passes his sentence.
The judge says Ramirez will be deported once he serves his term in prison.
And no mention if his family will also be deported!
Footsteps in the snow!.... LoL... duuuugh..
Too bad we don’t have good ole fashioned community lynchings anymore.
“The judge says Ramirez will be deported once he serves his term in prison.”
I am glad the judge addded this but his family needs to be deported now.
There’s so much about this that’s just plain wrong.
First... he’s 14. Enough said.
Second... he’s an illegal. Again, enough said.
Third... he’s only getting 28 years?
Fourth... he now gets 3 hots and a cot, AND he either gets to join the ranks of the initiated in a prison gang or learns the ways of the religion of peace from its imprisoned practitioners.
Finally... FUBO for keeping us in a perpetual state of criminality by illegals.
Were that my grandmother, he would be deported from the planet by 12 gauge.
Why are they calling him a “suspect”? He’s been found guilty and duly sentenced. He’s a rapist, not a “suspect.”
What is the typical treatment of a rapist of 64 year old grandmothers in prison by other inmates?
There go the courts, breaking up families again...../sarc
Take easy on poor old Paco. There’s not much snow in mexico, so how was he to know that he’d leave a trail of feetprints to his humble little abode.
Besides, he was just raping the little old ladies that Americans refuse to rape.
He’s an illegal alien, he is 14, and he had a gun. I’m sure that Sarah Brady would argue that just one more gun law would have prevented him from getting that gun.
“Doing jobs Americans won’t do?”
Those "family values" just keep coming don't they? /rhetorical
A rapist is not worthy of life, IMHO. He will be released and deported at the age of 42, and will likely come back to America and strike again.
Present the Gospel to him, give him a chance to repent and believe upon the Lord Jesus Christ, and then execute him swiftly. It’s high time we purge the Union of evil and not just gather them together to wait for another day.
One doesn’t think the death penalty is a deterrent? Let’s see how well gangs would hold up if they knew their time was short on the earth - either by the hands of another or by the State.
Who cares?? Half of FR isn’t the least concerned that several US Citizens have been murdered by Mexicans in the recent past....one on Falcon lake, a Texas college student, not to mention Rob Krentz and now his wife hanging on to her life.
I guess they won’t get it until Mexico claims one of their own.
I’ve read DOZENS of stories of young imported Latino trash attacking elderly women and children. But someone is always so willing to make excuses for them.
A demonstration of why some of the prisoners wear their pants waistband below their butt cheeks.
Don’t feed him, kill him......... and toss his filthy remains back over the border.
Except in Chicago and Detroit.
