A Butler County judge today sentenced a teenager to 28 years for raping his neighbor. A judge found Alex Ramirez guilty after the teen pleaded "no contest" to the charges against him.

Ramirez was 14 years old when he broke into a Liberty Township woman's home this past January and raped the 64 year old victim. The woman said Ramirez had a gun and after the brutal sexual assault, he forced her to drive him to the ATM to withdraw cash. But they never made it to the ATM-Ramirez ended up jumping out of the victim's car and running off with her purse. Footprints in the snow later led police to his home, which is just around the corner from the victim's.

Ramirez faced a maximum of 73 years in prison at his sentencing today. He and the victim both spoke to the court before the judge passes his sentence.

The judge says Ramirez will be deported once he serves his term in prison.

Fourth... he now gets 3 hots and a cot, AND he either gets to join the ranks of the initiated in a prison gang or learns the ways of the religion of peace from its imprisoned practitioners.

A rapist is not worthy of life, IMHO. He will be released and deported at the age of 42, and will likely come back to America and strike again.

Present the Gospel to him, give him a chance to repent and believe upon the Lord Jesus Christ, and then execute him swiftly. It’s high time we purge the Union of evil and not just gather them together to wait for another day.

One doesn’t think the death penalty is a deterrent? Let’s see how well gangs would hold up if they knew their time was short on the earth - either by the hands of another or by the State.
