This should be required viewing at universities and workplaces that discriminate based on race in the name of 'diversity'. Mockery is a potent weapon, and you know a policy has lost its moral force once people begin to make fun of it. Exhibit A is this video, which takes joy in belittling affirmative action.

I can still recall when few dared challenge it for fear of being called a racist. They're still called racists, but fewer people take it seriously.

Affirmative action is bunk. It’s simply more government sanctioned racial discrimination. It seems our government just can’t get to a place where people are treated equally no matter their skin color, ethnic heritage, class, color or creed. I hope, for the sake of my kids and grandkids that we finally make it to that place people are seen as individuals rather than representatives of some identity group.

Government forcing employers to give paychecks to unqualfied people, saves the government welfare money.

It essentially forces employers to pay welfare (in the form of payroll checks) instead of the government.
