What are Obama's Impeachable Crimes? Anyone Have a List? If Not Let's Start One Now! (Vanity ?)

After reading the article, "Rebels execute black immigrants while forces kidnap others", I was incensed as many are. It looks like Obama has committed another crime against the citizens of America by giving aid, comfort, weapons, money, and moral support to those who have not just attacked us in Afghanistan and Iraq, but who are also committing crimes against humanity in Libya.

We all know this is not the first time Obama has committed a crime that is worthy of impeachment and incarceration in Leavenworth. So I would like to know if anyone has a list of all his impeachable offenses. If not, does anyone have a link to where we can go to find them. If not, then I think it is time that we at FR begin a thread that has all his crimes listed that we can go to and update while using for research purposes.

Reasonable questions, but it becomes unavoidably clear what’s going on should any of those departments contemptuously foot-drag or otherwise obfuscate.

The Senate is not guaranteed, but with Democrats now even broaching the topic, there is no time like the present. Both houses, like most legislatures, unfortunately or not, are consensus-driven. Building consensus is possible, especially if we’re coordinated and consistent, and as this becomes more and more publicly unavoidable. They all know, or should, that they are there representing us. So let’s remind them, again.

“Earlier Americans would have certainly marked that as a turning point.” I mark this as a turning point; others here do to. Avoiding the issue or deferring it would, I think, dishonor the country they left to us. Even if it takes longer than the rest of his term, can you imagine someone trying to run for reelection while being impeached and the grievances were daily becoming a matter of public record?

While I agree with your view of the Senate, what could it possibly use as a rationale for allowing a foreign citizen to remain in office?

That question puts resolving the BC issue at the head of my list. Gives the term “quick and easy” real meaning.

I want to thank you for the list of places to check. I am hot on the trail of working on a usable list for Freepers who care.

He doesn’t have any...

Because you cannot impeach an illegitimate president.

You can arrest him for fraud and treason though.

Plenty of those to list.

“Two chances, Slim and Fat. Hey, Slim just left town!

Seriously, I think the chances of armed rebellion are far better than the chance of impeachment.

There ain’t enough Viagra in the world to give our current Congress sufficient “backbone” to do anything.

Does anyone out there think that they will?”

Clever presentation. Why try anything, really? I’ll leave the armed rebellion discussion to someone else. We still have legal means. I can’t force you to want to use them, but if you really think armed rebellion is more likely, I think that’s the extent of what I can say to you in discussion of this. I’m one person who thinks this is possible, even if it takes work. Anyone else?

Well let’s see... there was the Gerald Walpin firing. There is the Gun Walker scandal as well as offering Joe Sestak a bribe not to challenge Spector. There is also unequal application of voting laws in regards to the new black panthers thuggery.

And don’t even get me started on how this guy has trampled states rights, that list could go on forever.

You can impeach the current office holder, whether he’s there legitimately or illegitimately. Lead the way on it if you disagree, and I’ll follow and support your efforts. I’ll be working on this with whomever’s interested and you’re invited to support it.

If any part of the rebel force in Libya is Al Queda then wouldn't that be aiding and abetting known enemies of the nation? I would call that treason.

Exactly, and that is why we need to list all of them. Come election time we need to repeat these facts and print the list up and pas it around to each and every person who may vote. I would hope that we can get a minimum of 10,000,000 lose leaf flyers or pamphlets with the list for rally's and gatherings.

10 million pamphlets may seem like a lot, but what if we all copied a couple hundred each and then passed them around with instructions for those who care to copy and pass around.

“No chance that the Senate impeaches him no matter what. There is no crime big enough. He could nuke England, France and Norway for taking back his Nobel Peace Prize and they would not vote to impeach.”

This is just defeatism, unless you’ve missed the calls from leftists to impeach him when he deviated from their belief in what he should and should not be doing.

You make good points. I mark the 2009 Joint Session of Congress as the turning point.

If we each draft a bill of particulars signed by as many as possible, and present the bill to the ones who should fear losing our votes, our local federal politicians, they may be induced to convince the Republican leadership to take meaningful action.

At the House level, the decision will likely be to present one or two of the least complicated issues, simple and easy to establish and which the public understands.

At the same time, the issue(s) has to be one that all but the most extreme socialist will vote for impeachment and conviction. In that regard, see my #42.

“Ignoring a Federal Judge’s contempt order in the Gulf; Inciting the unions to riot in WI; Allowing a foreign leader of a failed Narco State(Felipe Calderon) to stand up in the Congress and blame America for his corrupt government; failure to secure the Mexican border and protect US ranchers from drug cartels.”

Any one of those should have been enough for his public censure, for legislators seriously considering his removal. When you add everything together....?

“Not sure how to reply to the entire list, but this should definitely be added to the list: http://www.publicintegrity.org/articles/entry/3091/ Most of the media has ignored this story. If a Republican president exercised this kind of croneyism and enrichment of campaign donors, he’d be flailed alive by Dems and the media.”

Just posting it here to the thread they’ve been pinged to works. I agree about the cronyism and other corruption- it’s the approximately 90% leftist convictions of the people in the mainstream media that covers for it. Luckily we have other means of information and communication, those who care about this country and rule of law, as the founders had committees of correspondence to supplement what sympathetic press they were able to rely on.

He is there legitimately, ask two of the three branches of our government. If you ask him, he will make it three out of three branches.

The problem is no one has any evidence of illegitimacy; that was up to our Congress to investigate at its Joint Session. But as politicians often do, the entire Congress sat on the (picket) fence. Have you personally thanked your politician yet?

>>> You can impeach the current office holder, whether he’s there legitimately or illegitimately.

If he is illegitimate, then EVERYTHING he has done as president is illegitimate and void. THAT is my point.
Grounds for impeachment are irrelevant until he establishes himself as legitimate. He has flat out refused to do this.

Simply impeaching him now would forego the opportunity to reverse EVERYTHING that he did, leaving all of the damage he has done in-tact for decades to come.

I think he knows this... and if things get too hot, he may simply resign to avoid this little problem for the dems.

While proceedings could arguably go forward after he is out of office to challenge his legitimacy, I fear nobody would have the political stomach for it.... it’s embarrassingly hard enough to breach this as it is.

Thank God for Trump.

Don’t you think that if it were discovered that Bush’s birth certificate was fraudulent that the dems would be pushing for reversal of all laws signed by him???

Sure they would.

Not true.

It is an undisputed fact that he was not born to parentS who were US citizens.

His father is not a US citizen.
His mother was not of legal age to transmit citizenship.

Also... the burden of proof is upon Obama. NOT those challenging his credentials.
